Review: A lovely room with warm lighting a wooden floors. Helpful and friendly staff. Good location with only a 10 min walk into the old town. Recommended.

Positive points: Love love the location as you are more amongst locals here. Great very helpful host. We rented bikes, motorbike from here too. They also do laundry for same price as outside homestay. Plenty food options around too! We stayed over 2 weeks on and off in the end.

Review: The homestay is really nice, rooms are spacious, bathroom is big, beds are great.
The host seems a little bit annoying.. every time we walked back to our room with a friend she kept asking if more people are staying tonight.. our room (deluxe double room) had enough space for 4 people to sleep there! But she wasn’t happy about it at all.. when our tailor wanted to drop off our stuff at the Homestay, she refused to take it.. she was probably not happy that we didn’t use her service for tailoring..

Review: We have stayed for a week at this place. It was a nice facility with a spacious room with a balcony, but their hospitality was the worst.
We booked a room with two queen beds but one of the beds was apparently a single bed. Daily housekeeping was listed but they didn't offer it. Everyone time I asked them to clean the room, the lady showed a disgusting look and didn't clean it (Actually they cleaned the room only once a week with no towel change. They also didn't supply enough shampoo so I ended up buying one by myself.
Anyway I don't recommend this place and agoda would better remove this property from the listing.

Review: The staff always helped with what we did everyday and got us a moped. They always offered us drinks and food, the value is insane and the location cant be beaten its less than 5 minutes away from the old town. There is also a very lovely restaurant just down the road called silent garden which has some cheap strong drinks

Positive points: Sun Homestay is a family-run, friendly place that truly feels like a home away from home. The owners are incredibly helpful, assisting with transport arrangements and more. Rooms are clean and comfortable, offering everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is perfect—peaceful yet just a 5-minute walk to the Old Town, keeping you close to the action but away from the hustle. They also have a tailor boutique where I had a dress made to measure, which was of amazing quality at a great price. I loved it so much, I came back a second time. Highly recommend—don’t look any further!"

Review: Not far from main area, room was clean and a generous size. The lady was very unprofessional asking us to help her a lot, which was unusual. There was also confusion as to where we coukd skeep one night first there was not a room- then there was- then there wasnt, so we went next door

Review: There was a small confusion the day we arrived but was handled ok. The family was very friendly and the breakfast delicious. The location is perfect! Great restaurants across and next door. Easy to get to the beach and a minute by bike to the Old Town. Fine little homestay.
