THE VIEW HOMESTAY HOI AN

Review: こちらに3泊お世話になりました。ライスフィールドの見える中心地から少し離れたホテルにしようか迷いましたが、雨季で足元が悪いのとライスフィールドが緑になる時期と外れていたので、中心地から徒歩圏内のこちらのホテルにしました。結果、大正解でした。まずロケーションが旧市街から徒歩10分弱なので、この料金はありえないです。そして清潔さ。設備は最低限ですが、丁寧に掃除されているのが分かります。あと、ホテルのあちこちに防犯カメラがついてますし、夜も受付にホテルの方がいるので安心です。そして、オーナーの方がとても親切で、Whatsappで何かお願いすると、常に10分程度で返信してくれました。3日間を通して移動やらなにやらで毎日のように色々とお願いをしたのですが、迅速に手配してくれました。（しかもGrabより安く）また、ランドリーも格安で手配してくれるようです。（私は残念ながらお願いする機会がなかったですが）もちろん豪華ホテルではないですが、便利なロケーションで安くシングルルームに泊まりたい、特に連日バッパーで疲れた方などにはオススメです！

Positive points: The location is really strategic. It’s right on the skirt of the old town, in a small alley. So you can just walk to the old town but also avoiding the loud noise from the traffic.
The owner, Khoa is available a lot and provides an amazing service to arrange daily tours, scooters, and other things that’s needed.
We stayed during TET holiday where they were supposed to be closed, but they even let us stay for a few more nights, showing a lot of flexibility.
The room is very clean, with air conditioning. We got a room with a big window and spacious bathroom.
Most importantly, this place is run from the heart and soul of Khoa and his family, where they warmly welcome their guests and show their love for Hoi An. You can ask him about anything and he’ll happily provide his guidance/support if needed.

Positive points: Great location to explore Hoi An just minutes from the ancient town and next to a great coffee shop and a few amazing local eateries. The owner is friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage there until late as we had a late night bus. The rooms are basic but functional and fully equipped with a warm shower and coffee and snacks available for a very low extra fee. Good value for money overall!

Positive points: The room was perfect with a great balcony. Excellent location, right next to the old town and some of the best places to eat. Khoa was super knowledgeable, helpful and spoke great English! I got quite sick on the first day of our stay and Khoa and his Aunt were incredible. Checking in on me several times, offering me food and anything else you could ask for. Can’t wait to stay again!

Review: I was only in Hoi An for one night, so I only stayed at The View Homestay for a night. Overall, the room I was in was great. Everything was clean and since it was tucked into an alley, it was pretty quiet even though it was close to the main tourist area. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. He even offer to pick me up from the airport, though I ended up taking a taxi. I would stay here again if I visited Hoi An again.

Review: The View made my stay in Hoi An a pleasure. Excellent location, close to the old quarter, but down a quiet alley way. Clean, spacious rooms with balcony and roof top views. Fridge and kettle in each room, and a small pool if you fancy a dip. My best recommendation is for Khoa and his wonderful family. So very friendly, helpful and kind. He went above and beyond every day to make my stay personal, fulfilling, safe and memorable. A really unique and special experience.

Positive points: the location was amazing and the owner and his family were so lovely. the room was clean and spacious with a nice view and the property was very beautiful and well maintained. the location was perfect - very close to shops restaurants and the river but ticked away into an alley so there was very little noise from the street.

Review: We stayed on the first floor, aircon was working well, toilet clean but the drainage of the shower is clogged thus toilet floor drain takes some time to clear but it’s not too bad.

30seconds walk to Banh Mi Queen (Mixed Banh Mi & Lotus Milk is good), 1min walk to Quan Cao Lau Ba Le (CaoLao is good)

8mins walk to Ancient Town & Banh Mi Phuong.

Very cost efficient homestay!

Positive points: The View is a great place to stay in Hoi An. It’s within walking distance to everything in the town and the owner, Khoa, is a great guy who gave lots of recommendation for places to eat, coffee, locals sights and even the best barbers in the town.
I stayed over Christmas when the weather was quiet wet and cold, but I still had a great time there. Lhoa even invited me to eat dinner with him and his family on Christmas Day which was very kind and special.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and I’d be more than happy to stay there again.
