Positive points: Friendly staff who allowed me to leave my bag there after I checked out
Chosen for its location close to the overnight bus stop - nice and easy.
As it was fairly north located, I actually walked to A Bang beach which was good to stretch legs!

Review: Very nice option in Hoi An. Location is good, just a few minutes walk from the overly busy tourist area, room is clean, balcony was big and shower was great. Staff very friendly and eager to help you organize any activity. Only negative was the TV did not work (not a big deal, but would have been nice during rainy weather.

Positive points: Clean, spacious rooms and very friendly staff! Always with a smile and can help with anything. The location is nice and close to the old town, yet outside the hussle and bussle

Review: 아무래도 오랜된 빌라 인지라 시설이 낙후 된점은 있어나 보기에 따라선 베트남 현지 체험을 겸한다고 생각하면 장점이 될수도 있을 것 같으며 직원들은 친절했고 주변에 마트 및 시장이 있어 편리 했었다 그리고 호이안의 명소들이 걸어서 이십분 거리에 다 있어 위치도 좋았다 가성비 갑임.

Simple Breakfast 1 set of Noodle or Bread.
Price is rather high compare to the facilities available.

Positive points: nice room with balcony. very comfy bed and fresh smell. laundry and activity services were great. breakfast was authentic and fresh with options to choose from.

Review: This was a very cozy stay for me when I was in Hoi An. It's a little farther out from the main old town center but I was okay grabbing back and forth/doing walks. Staff are friendly and I was very impressed with the breakfast as it was delicious (mi quang) and they always remembered what I ordered the day prior. Very friendly. Note to swimmers: pool is there but I would say it's more to look at than swim.

Positive points: Very good shower, which is important in Vietnam.

Positive points: Huge room with 3 balconies! Lovely little pool and located on a quite street 10-15 mins walk to the main street area. The staff were kind and welcoming and we had a great time

Review: Reception lady was super helpful in booking a private car ride to Hue .. cheaper than Grab offer.

Restaurant right across, the owner offers cooking class... highly recommend.

Review: J'ai séjourné 2 jour dans cet hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était de qualité. Seul bémol, la piscine qui est extérieure n'était pas encore nettoyée. Le staff ne parlait pas un bon anglais.

Positive points: The properly was perfectly located being only a 5 minute walk from the start of the ancient town and a 15 minute walk to the heart of the ancient town and especially the water front. The room was perfect. Clean and modern and comfortable and pretty well sized. The building is a bit old but the rooms don’t reflect that. They feel modern and up to date.
