Review: One block from the old town. This is the best side of the river to stay on. Super helpful staff, great room and lots of hot water. Go for the balcony room...

Their airport pickup and drop-off service is better rate than grab plus none of the hassle finding where to go.

Only benefit I can comment on is location,.

This place is dirty, and mosquito infested... including inside the rooms.
Paint is peeling off the walls, sink won't drain, toilet won't fill properly, and barely any water pressure for the shower.

Some staff were very kind and nice, but the reception girl at the couple's location was extremely dismissive to our complaints and we decided to go to their competitors. For 10$ more a night you get NORMAL and DECENT facilities and a swimming pool as a bonus, with helpful and courteous staff.

Stay away would be our recommendation.

Positive points: Friendly staff and nice spacious room, it was nice and clean! The burger from Vegasburger downstairs was great!

Review: Had a great experience staying at this hostel. Worth the money and nice reliable stay. The staff was excellent and very sweet. They even provide airport pick up and drop at a reasonable fee with many options. I signed up for a bus service for 4.30 am, unfortunately it didn't show up on time . The girl who is the daughter of the owner woke up specially to help me out, called the owner of the bus service and when it didn't work, arranged a free personal taxi upgrade for me. I was quite impressed with the way she handled the whole issue.

Positive points: The staff was nice, the lady cooking breakfast was very sweet and we could tell she cooked with passion because it tasted great. We requested a change of the room because the one we got was very bad and we didn't have a good night rest at all, so the next night we got different room with balcony for the next night which was nice.

Review: I throughly enjoyed my time at Leo Leo, driven primarily by the staff who were extremely nice and helpful. The staff provided various food and drink recommendations (western and local dishes). Ha and Xuan, were particularly kind taking me on a street food tour and explaining local culture!
