Positive points: The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The facilities were very basic but clean but
It is unfortunate that the property next door is strewn with old building material

Positive points: The hosts are great people and made our trip to Hoi An very special

Positive points: The place is a few minutes from the centre by walk but in a very quiet street, the room was clean and the shower had hot water.
The owners are so lovely and helpful, even though their English is very basic, they are able to use Google translate for the more complicated sentences.

Positive points: The place is really close to the center and the family is really nice. They take care of everything you need.

Positive points: The staff made me feel welcome. It is basic but good value for money. They organised the tour for My Son for me.

Positive points: The people of the Homestay are so nice! They invited us to a diner with their friends, and in general they helped us so much!

Review: Host is very nice, kept offering me water and fan to cool down. They even help me booked a ride to the airport and were nice enough to sene me out to the road junction to get on the car.

Positive points: Great location: you can walk to the old town area in 5 minutes.
Helpful staff: they can arrange day tours and bus tickets with reasonable prices.

Review: Humble owner. Place is Abit worn however for the price, not much to comment. The toilet flush is not working. Had informed the owner about it. Hopefully they get it fixed for their next guest. Located just less than 20mins walk from ancient town.

Positive points: I extended my stay because I liked this nice homestay. Quiet, clean, spacious room. The owners are very helpful and organised a scooter for me for a day tour and for the one-way tour to Hue. Great service and everything worked out great. Thank you very much. Also for the fruits. I enjoyed them on the beach. Many thanks.

Review: The hotel was a nightmare to get it because it is so difficult to find! The room was okay especially for what I paid! The staff were very pushy they wanted you to buy things like clothes etc which was a headache! But you just have to keep saying no! Also the main worker can't speak English either I did not enjoy the hotel but I guess I enjoyed the area because it was beautiful!

Review: The room just ok but the blanket and the pillow are smelly,
The shower was broken,we told the host to fix it for us but it wasn't fix good enough it was broke again when we use it :(..
The are some cockroach in the room, so prepare to screem.
The wifi are so bad have no signal in the room and some time it just gone? .We stay in this homestay for 2 nights by booked form agoda 1 night and pay one more night by ourself. At first the host told us just pay the same price as agoda but after we pay (about 2-3 hours) the host ask us to pay them more money ? I have to show them the agoda price again before they let us go.
Becarefull of the old lady from opposite buiding who try to sale tour and make you renting her bike and motobike , the price will never the same for exam renting the bike it can cost you 1 - 5 usd and she will charge you for everything ,so bewere.
For us we will not book this hostel any more and will not recomented this hostel to anyone.

Positive points: Only location that good other than that we are not recoment for any tourist
