Nam Ngai Hotel

Positive points: Very good position to visit the old town, no so near, no so far. The structure is a bit old, but owners do everything is possible to make it confortable. More I want spend some more words for the owner, they are so genuine and gentle people, always helpful and smiling. They invited me for the Sunday lunch with their family, but I told I was late, they replied me they would wait for me. In conclusion I felt like in my family and they were so happy to treat me like a family member.

Positive points: Lovely husband and wife, very friendly sincere, gave me free breakfast for Xmas day...thankyou , felt at home, nice vibe, for the price , nice hospitality

Positive points: The room is clean, the workers are nice, the location is great and the bed is comfortable (something which is rare these days). I would highly recommend staying here :)

Positive points: I have been living in Vietnam for 2 years. And this is one of the best experiences of staying at Homestay. The owners of the hotel are very nice and responsive. The room was not big, but clean and cozy. The air conditioner cooled the room very much, which is great in the summer. You can also order delicious drinks and food at the hotel at a very good price. I wish you happiness and health, and prosperity to your business!

Positive points: The owner and his wife go above and beyond to make your stay an excellent one, they make you feel like you are part of the family, always willing to help, always both of them with a beautiful smile in their face. We need more people like that in the world. Good job guys. I will definitely recommend this place.

Review: The hotel's real name is Kiman, not Nam Ngai as in Agoda. Generally the hotel and the room are okay, but the mattress is not good, it makes my muscles numbed after waking up every morning. Cleaniness is okay, but everyday you only have 1 water bottle (500ml), while most places gave me 2 bottles. Receptionist is lack of tourism information if you need help, they can't help much actually

Positive points: Amazing welcome by the owner to be taken to a super clean room, spacious with a door to the outside terrace.
Bed is a modern comfy mattress laundered sheets n pillows bathroom spotlessly clean and smells lovely .
Lil fridge wardrobe sockets n light control by the bedside .
Don't need the air con as building is cool...
Booked another night because its so nice ..
You must stay here when coming to Hoi An....

Review: The Bathroom and the room in general was Dirty ..on a she next to the shower were at least 12 used shampoo sachets ! Yuck ! Some were rusting as had been there so long ! The hotel locked up at 11 pm without any notice at the hotel to indicate this .. The really strange man who slept on a camp bed next to reception at night refused to let me in for 20 minutes ! Scary and annoying ! I wouldn't return to this Hotel
