Positive points: Even before arriving in Hoi An, we received a lot of useful information related to our stay from Hien, the front desk officer at Bean Grass Homestay. The homestay is located in a quiet part of Hoi An yet, it is only about 10-15 minute walk away from the old town, which makes it a great base for exploring local attractions. In addition, for a small fee of 30 000 VND per day (less than 1.5 USD), it is possible to rent bicycles there to extend the range of explorations. Our triple room looked pretty much exactly like the pictures on the Booking.com website. The room was cleaned every day, including the change of towels, and the beds were comfortable. During our stay at Bean Grass Homestay, Hien was super helpful and gave us great assistance with organizing various day trips and other activities in the area. Thanks to her, we were able to get the best out of our trip to Hoi An :-)

Review: Room was super clean with a lovely bathroom- probably the best we’ve had in Vietnam. The host was overly friendly and always ready to help especially with recommendations for what to do in Hoi An. The location is a little of Old Town but a really easy walk, it’s also very close to the local market which is great! Bike rentals aren’t free anymore re other reviews but are available for very cheap

Positive points: this is a really really nice homestay. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed is soft, the AC is strong (not that you need it in January) and the shower is hot and powerful. The room has good sound proofing for Asia so you are not disturbed by outside sounds. I would definitely stay here again.

Positive points: The hosts especially Hien were amazing! We had such a good stay here and if we ever return to Hoi an we wouldn’t stay anywhere else other than Bean Grass! Such a spacious, comfortable room

Review: This homestay is down a quiet street, very close to a local market, and perfect for exploring the more local side of Hoi An. It’s also a very easy walk to the old town. Hien was an amazing host, she offered to help with bookings and tours, and made us feel so welcome. Bikes were free to borrow for trips to the beach or venturing further afield, and there was a lot of peaceful privacy here. We loved our stay. The room was kept spotless, and the bathroom was very nice. The only issue we had was the air con struggling a bit in the heat, but the hosts were very quick to help. Thank you, Hien and family.

Positive points: The host Hien was really helpful with everything. She managed to book a train for us even when we thought it was fully booked. Also we forgot something and she did so much effort to send it to our next stay. The bed was so comfortable and it is not so far walking from the centre.

Review: The rooms are lovely, the beds comfy too. It is very clean and the Wi-Fi worked great! The staff were very friendly and the location is perfect. I would definitely recommend!

Positive points: We love Hanoi and it such a beautiful town. The best home stay we stayed. The room is very clean and the bed is comfy. Location is so close to the shops Restaurants and Old town.
And most of all thanks to Hien for all the help booking our flights, taxi, laundry and never ending Restaurants suggestions. The owner are nice too and even woke up early to say goodbye to us.

Review: I booked this homestay because I saw a review about it being more like a 4 star hotel than a homestay... wow were they right! Incredible service, very clean, beautiful hotel/homestay, great beds, loved the location with free bicycles. The host was AMAZING! She took time to learn who we were and what we liked and suggested different things to do. We booked all tours and transport through her which was so much cheaper than alternatives and did all our laundry there! One of the best places we have stayed on our 6 month SE Asia trip! We stayed for an extra night because we loved it so much.

Positive points: Probably our best homestay on our entire trip. Very clean, nicely decorated and great location. The owner was very helpful and welcoming. She gave great tips and was very organized. Definitely recommend!

Review: Once in a while, you will come to stay in a place with amazing staff. This homestay has one. If you're lucky enough to stay here, you will be greeted by Hien. she goes above and beyond to make sure that you'll have a wonderful time in Hoi An and can arrange your transportation for your next stop.

When a place is clean, has nice bed and linens, excellent working drainage in their toilets (I've used two of their rooms), couple that with an excellent, this, to me is a winner. Thumbs up, 5 out of 5.

Positive points: super friendly, very committed and helpful staff a solution was found for every request very clean rooms, very close to a local market - so fruit and treats at reasonable prices delicious breakfast can be booked separately, quiet location and still not far from the old town

Review: They have a beautiful property, right next to the vegetable market. It is close but not too close to the old city and it’s hustle and bustle. Would definitely stay here again. The hosts were lovely people.

Super comfy beds,top of the line Rain Showers,Cable Tv,lightening fast free internet,free bicycles, breakfast is awesome for a small fee,laundry service,fresh room each day.
