Positive points: Comfortable bed, nice quality clean sheets, good location.

Positive points: The location is excellent, about 5 mins walk to the ancient town. There are tailors and shops right outside the homestay. The popular Madam Khanh Bánh Mí is just 1 min walk away. Cong, the host, and his 2 cute dogs are very friendly :)

Positive points: great location on edge of the old quarter, it is away from the river so safe from floods. location is quiet as it is not on a big road and there are lots of choices for food and drinks. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Air conditioned if needed.

Review: What an absolute gem of a place to stay. The place went couldn’t have been any nicer. If staying at n Hoi An, I would highly recommend this place.

Positive points: Cong is an amazing host and this has to be the best thing about the stay. Will address your every need and is always there to help.
The room was clean, good clean spotless linen and a clean washroom. It’s walking distance to Old town. More than you can ask for at that price range.

Review: This place is just 5 minutes away from the center of Hoi An. It's quiet, clean, and safe. Additionally, the owners are responsive, helpful, and sociable. I would recommend this homestay to everyone. If you have any questions or need services, talk to the owner. He helped me book a bus to Hue the night before, and they even picked me up from the hotel.

Review: The personel is super friendly and welcoming. The room is pretty big and extremely clean. Well placed as well, you're about five minutes away from entering the old town and there are plenty of coffees and restaurants around.

Positive points: We loved everything about this homestay! The host was amazing and our rooms were cleaned each day, with fresh water and towels! We were so well looked after! We will come back!

Positive points: Location wise very convenient, many good restaurants or food stall to go for even being late. Mr Khang is very capable and kindhearted. Two puppies are the cutiest - never barked at us and seems we have some chemistry 😉

Positive points: Good emplacement I’m few minutes from the old town with cafe restaurant and bars also the market. Bike is for free in the hotel. Mr Cong is really nice person always here to answer our questions and helps us booking for excursions. Excellent stay
