Tribee Bana heritage hostel

Review: The hotel decoration is so cute, it is so Hoian. Staffs are friendly and always smile. The room smells not good, and can not open the window because it is so many mosquitoes, it is only better when I turn on the AC, the room is quite dark. Not recommended include breakfast, only recommend for stay, and stay in the balcony room much better.

Positive points: Extremely helpful and friendly staff, convenient and yet quiet location, solid breakfast and all around comfortable stay. Tried to extend our stay because of how much we liked it, unfortunately they were fully booked.

Review: I love the hotel's vibe, it really matched with the name. Super friendly and helpful staffs (Thank you An and Sunny). They explained a lot about Hoi An culture, places and give so much recommendations. It's so sad because I stay there only for a night. Hoi An is so beautiful and 1 night is not enough. I will surely go there again for longer time and book Hoianese Heritage Hotel!

Located just off the high street, night markets and the canal, the street has a lot of charming old houses, some converted into cute cafés and boutiques

Positive points: Staying at this hotel in Hoi An was an experience we will never forget. Sleeping in a beautifully preserved heritage house was like stepping back in time, and yet the room had every modern comfort – it was spotlessly clean and perfectly maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay incredible, especially Spring at reception. She was warm, friendly, and unbelievably helpful. When we misplaced an item, Spring made it her mission to locate it, and she succeeded! What amazed us even more was how she remembered the name of every guest, making us feel so welcome and valued. The free walking tour offered by the hotel was an absolute highlight. It was such a wonderful way to explore Hoi An and learn about its rich history and culture. The recommendations from the reception team, whether for food, activities, or shopping, were always spot on and made our trip so much better. This hotel made our visit to Hoi An magical. From the charming architecture to the outstanding service, every detail was perfect. Thank you, Spring, and the entire team, for making our stay so memorable. We cannot wait to return! 🌟

Positive points: It was the right decision for us to choose Hoianese Heritage Hotel. We enjoyed our stay and had so many good memories with Hội An. The location is within walking distance to the ancient town. We learned a lot about the history and culture from the walking tour. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, dedicated and knowledgeable. We are grateful for Ms An, Ms Spring and Ms Gavy’s exceptional service. They went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable experience. We definitely recommend this hotel to future travellers.

An gave us fantastic recommendations for local foods to try, which truly enhanced our experience. The hotel's location is perfect, with everything within walking distance.
