Positive points: Everything was perfect. It a short walk from the old city but that doesn’t bother you if you like a walk after dinner -) Very friendly, professional staff. I loved the room, all you need with a little interior design touch.
Negative points: All good, just the location but then it is more quit there.

Negative points: Not much food near the hotel.
Positive points:
Mr Hieu and May are outstanding hosts. It’s a great homestay for a great price.
It’s also located slightly outside the hectic tourist area. You can get away.

Negative points: Our bed was hard but we managed, the other part of our groups beds were fine and very comfy.
Positive points: I had a single room which was modern and comfortable. The location is close to the old town and quiet. The owners and staff were all very friendly and helpful. I had the breakfast included which was also very nice with a few different choices. I would definitely stay here again!

Positive points: Spacious room .. near the center friendly owner, free breakfast .. had a comfortable stay.
Negative points: Not that i didn’t like.. just a note about when you shower the toilet set and toilet paper got wet .. might need a shower curtain in front of the toilet set.

Negative points: Bit of noise. As a guest house, travels through house family and people in main communal area
Positive points: Convenient location and nice view from the room. The staff is very kind! The laundry service perfect and very fast
Negative points: The shower in the bathroom is very inconvenient because it was at the beginning of the bathroom and every time we had to take a shower we would make the whole bathroom wet, inevitably spreading water around the floor of the entire bedroom. There was mould on the ceiling which is not healthy to breathe.
