Positive points: The location and the receptionist was really helpful and kind.

Positive points: Location was good for us. Short walk to old town, but far enough away from the BUSY streets packed with people.
Bed was comfortable, staff were really lovely. Shower was hot and powerful. Aircon and fan made it a really nice return to a cool room.
Overall, couldn't beat it, especially at such a good price.

Review: Nice family hotel, just 10 mins to center of Old Town. Many excelent restaurants or coffee around. Good beds, nice bathroom, balcon also perfect. Fridge included. But the best part is son with solid englis and honest hints. He is not tourist hunter like others and suggest (and organize) just really good trips, motorbike, what to visit or not, same with local food. I spent 6 week in Viet and this is definently best one!

Positive points: The location was good, staff was friendly, the room was big, clean and fresh. I would definitely come back to this homestay in a next trip to Vietnam

Let us check in early and leave our luggage there the day we checked out while we waited till bus

Cheap drinks like bottled water etc - ( cheaper than other little mini marts we'd been too )

Positive points: Helpful staff who gave me good recommendations. The young couple speak english.
Location (walking distance to Old Town, grocery store next door).
Large room.
Very clean.
Bathroom is also very clean and large (the shower is far from the toilet, good evacuation of water).
I was offered to use a bicycle for free whenever I wanted to. I never used it as I prefered to walk to the old town.

Positive points: Nice traditional room with a balcony overlooking roofs. Close to restaurants and shops and a short walk to the river.

Positive points: The staff was truly amazing : available 24/7 (sometimes it feels like there is no one but actually someone is always awake), really welcoming and trying their best to understand our needs. They also lent us the « guide du routard » and « lonely planet » for the duration of our stay. We arrived 4 hours before check in but they allowed us to take a shower (lent us the towels too) and to leave our bags (in a locked room).
At the end of our stay, my phone was completely broken and the staff guided me through da nang (where I needed to go next).
The beds were really comfortable able and we had a private bathroom and AC.
The location was okay, but I wouldn’t say it is in the center (10mn of walk). It wasn’t a problem since the city is really cute so walking to the center wasn’t terrible!

Positive points: Everything was perfect! The hosts were so nice, the room was clean, the place is 5 minutes walk from the center. We planned to stay for a few night and ended up staying there for more than a week.

Positive points: It was the loveliest homestay we ever had! The owner where really friendly and welcoming and they were happy to answer any of our questions. You could book daytrips or a cooking class through them and they provided bicycles and scooters for rent or they could book you a taxi. They cleaned the room frequently and we got fresh towels and free water. There were nice restaurants and cafes close to the homestay and you could easily walk to the oldtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Positive points: This is a great place for a short stay. Beds are comfortable, bathroom water pressure is good, there is a fridge, a table, and a kettle. The AC works well. The staff is incredibly friendly.
