Dom Hostel Old Town Hoi An

Positive points: Fantastic facilities, filling mysterious breakfasts, fabulous reception staff. Nu Nu was so helpful, lovely & spoke great English

Review: It is my first time staying in a hostel and I am glad this is the right place to start off. The staff are hospitable. Nunu introduced me to local restaurants and attractions upon arrival. You can book local tours, tickets and shuttle bus service at reasonable price. Love the pancke at breakfast. There was a small hiccup during my trip and I had to call the staff for urgent assistance in the middle of the night. Kelly was helpful and offered her help immediately. A hostel I will recommend.

Positive points: I only stayed 1 night so I didn’t use the showers to give a fair review. I loved the set up of my female dorm. The beds were big and comfy. The staff allowed me to check in at 3am and prepared my bed and left me a sweet note explaining the WiFi and room number. Breakfast was included and it was 2 eggs on toast at the time I was there. I also got a free cup of coffee.
Location was handy in town!
I would stay here again!

Positive points: Owner and staff are very friendly and helpful (and trying to sell you tours). Bunk is clean and comfortable. Has a light and outlet (but no shelf, come on, give us a shelf to put our phone on at night. Large locker for your belongings (bring your own lock). Location is near old town and shops and restaurants and bars but is very quiet. Breakfast is good. A different option every day (eggs, noodles, fruit)

Positive points: I stayed in a 6 bed female only dorm. The room was spacious, the bed was quite big and comfortable, everything was clean, plugs and light worked perfectly, the lock on the door also worked well.
The staff was very welcoming and friendly, full of good advice on what to do and where, they helped me book my bus shuttle to hue, my tickets for the Hok An memories show, gave me advice on where to get my tailoring done!
The hostel is located in a small street, directly in the old town, everything is within walking distance (max 20 min).
Breakfast was different everyday, we had eggs on toasts with fruits, banana pancakes with fruits the next day !
Showers were big enough and clean, same thing for toilets. As a solo traveler I felt very safe and had a great time at this hostel, would recommend.
