Review: The hosts are very nice and supportive. The downside is that the house doesn't have an elevator. However, in return, the alley is large, quiet, and cars can enter, and there is a small pool. The hosts help with cooking for the baby.

Positive points: Location, walk to the river and all attractions. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed. Quite an attractive price, large space. Large shower.
Negative points:
Bad impressions from the very beginning. We were greeted by a mess at the entrance - scattered shoes and toys and a very dirty swimming pool unfit for use (the swimming pool was the main factor in choosing the place to stay, we didn't use it even once because of the dirty water...)
The room needs refreshing, the walls are very dirty. The entire room is very humid, which makes it smell, clothes are slightly wet, towels and bedding are wet. The bedding stinks, I also smell musty after a night. There should definitely be some ventilation or a dehumidifier installed here. We used the laundry, the clothes were just as dirty as before.
The rooms are not soundproofed at all. You can hear everything. The entrance door is glass, so it's not dark at night, it's hard to sleep. No soap.
Review: Great place to stay would highly recommend
Positive points: Location was good on and location was on a relatively quiet street.
Negative points:
The owner knocked loudly on my door at 10:30 am wanting to know when I would check out. The check-out time stated on my Booking.com reservation is 11:30. It was an unwelcome intrusion.
At check-out she tried to over charge me and when I objected she said she thought I was in a different room that was billed at a different rate. I had just handed her my key so I still don't believe her explanation that the attempted overcharge was a mistake.
This is a VERY basic homestay place. There are a lot of stairs up to the rooms which is inconvenient with suitcases.
Review: Super big room and quite place, nice.
Positive points: Good location. But room was so damp it was practically unliveable.
Negative points: We did not get the room we booked online. The room we got was so damp that the sheets felt wet, there was condensation on the inside of the window and everything felt wet, it was so bad our clothes in our bags became damp so we had to wash our clean clothes after we left. When we were leaving the hotel we saw the room that we had booked as it had the door open and I could see fans and a dehumidifier inside trying to dry it. Do yourself a favour and do not stay here. Positive points: Centrally located to the old town with everything from laundry to spa and old town all within a quick 5-8 mins walk. Our family room was generously sized for a family of 4. Although room is basic it reflect the price they are charging, hostess is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it for anyone looking for a simple yet functional place to stay. I highly recommend this homestay.
Negative points: We arrived a little late at night and it was raining, access roads to the property are very narrow so our taxi couldnt reach so we had to walk a bit with our suitcases. Apart from this minor mishap this place is in such a nice location.

Positive points: Such a lovely family who hosted us, always friendly and welcoming at the front desk and someone was present until late into the evening. Great location, just a few minutes walk into the old quarter, lots of food places within 100m, spacious rooms and bathrooms.
