Positive points: Fairly good location about 10 minutes walk to old town. Nice owner. Spacious and clean room

Negative points: Owner informed that their credit card machine was broken, should be mentioned during the booking that credit card will not be accepted. Very limited English of owner. Nobody at the reception most of the time.

Positive points: Location was good, and nice spacious room and clean

Negative points: There was really loud construction going on across from our room and there was loud banging that started at 7am and also loud music playing, we had a guy just unlock our door and walk into our room at 8am in the morning while we were in bed and not knock on the door before entering and then at 8.30am the host knock and ask when we were checking out even though checkout wasn’t until 12pm.

Positive points: Hidden gem in central old town Hoi An. Tucked away off a lovely street so it’s extremely quiet but close to everything. Beautiful large rooms with everything you need. The hosts and staff could not have been more helpful or kind. Genuinely an exceptional stay and such a good location.
Great breakfast and they can help arrange anything you need in terms of experiences, pick ups or travel.
We loved it here

Review: The room with the garden is tremendous, and the room itself was sparkling clean. The family is so friendly, even asked us what we wanted for breakfast the night before and made it for us when we woke up. Only a 5 min walk to the Ancient Town, and tucked away in an alley that made it really quiet at night. We cannot wait to stay there again next year.

Review: Phòng rộng rãi, trần nhà cao nên thoáng, đầy đủ tiện nghi (có bồn tắm). Tuy nhiên còn có một số chỗ dơ ( tủ quần áo, màn che).
Bạn nhân viên rất dễ thương, vui vẻ và nhiệt tình hướng dẫn.
Khu vườn bên ngoài không giống hình cho lắm, không được chăm sóc nên không được tươi tốt. Bàn ghế bên ngoài vườn thì cũ, dơ nên không thể ngồi được.
Tóm lại là nơi yên tĩnh, sạch sẽ, nên thử.
