Loved the room, it was so luxury for a budget price.Good hospitality from welcoming to explaining about the town.
In downtown location just 5 min walk from the Ancient town.Bonus- KFC in 1 min walk👍

Review: This was my favorite hotel in Vietnam. It is unusual in that you have to walk down a half hidden 3-foot-wide walkway and around a 45 degree left hand turn to find the grand front entrance. You are immediately greeted by a friendly staff. Their knowledge of the area of Hoi An and Da Nang are extensive. The hotel is new as of summer of 2019 and is very clean and quiet. The TVs are excellent. I am 6’2” 265 lbs and the beds were long enough and very comfortable.
Positive points: Quiet location. Pleasant staff. Good simple breakfast. I would stay again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights but after just the first night we knew this was the best place we have stayed in Vietnam! Location is a quick 10min walk to the old quarter but the alley it’s located down is very charming and quiet.
The room and bathroom were incredibly clean and everything was brand new. There’s even a smart TV in the room if you want to sign into your accounts. Hands down one of the better beds I’ve seen with big fluffy pillows!
Staff was very helpful with motorcycle rental and quick to return fresh folded laundry (24hrs). They’re also quick to recommend restaurants in town!
We can’t recommend this place enough!
Positive points: Amazing homestay, everything's great about this place: staff (thank you, Sandy, for all your help), location, rooms, breakfast, silence at night, free bicycle etc. Highly recommended!

Review: Amazing value for money when we booked through agoda. Small rooms but very clean, daily housekeeping, fridge, aircon, fan, big smart tv with netflix and youtube. Good location only 10min stroll into the old town. Plenty of cheap eats around the area. If we visit hoi an again we will stay here again
Positive points: Very welcoming host who was very helpful and friendly. The room was good too.
Negative points: Construction work took place during my stay which was annoying. A bit tricky to find location wise.

The location is perfect, close to everything!
The staff were very nice and welcoming, and they let us to use their kitchen when we wanted to cook for ourselves .
In the room there is a big and comfortable bed, new air conditioner, smart TV so you can also watch Netflix, hot water in the shower.
Absolutely perfect! Highly recommended
Positive points: We had such a lovely stay here - service is so personable without being too overbearing. Beautiful guesthouse, great location, excellent service.

Negative points: I was taken to a specific Tailor which perhaps wasn’t the best value for money. I’d recommend shopping around before making a decision.
Review: The room and location were good. The only downside was that the mini fridge in the room was very noisy. The staff offered some transportation services but they were more expensive than what was offered in town.
Positive points: It is a lovely building and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast is nice, and if you leave for an early tour, ask for a takeaway breakfast. It is a close walk to everything worth seeing.
Negative points: I had to empty my bins and ask for frsh towels. At any place in other countries, this would not be an issue, but when you have to put your toilet paper in the bin, not the toilet, the bin should be emptied every day. And the shower wets the whole bathroom, so you need towels to dry the area. Don't let this put you off, though. It is a very nice place.

Positive points: Located in a small alley, very peaceful and quiet wich is great after a day exploring busy Hoi An! It’s not a home stay as the family doesn’t live there but still has a very homey feel. The receptionist Annie made is feel very much at home, so kind and helpful! Made us an excellent breakfast every morning! The family room has a pleasant little balcony. Great value for money. Only thing we needed was a pool 😂
