Maison Hai Homestay

Review: I couldn’t rave enough about Maison Hai. Location, although not right in the middle of Old Town, is just a pleasant 10-15min stroll. I have never been in such a spotlessly clean, fresh smelling, well-thought of and cosy homestay. The icing on the cake - MR. HAI! The best host, ever! He made us feel sooo welcomed and always helpful with information and assistance. My next trip to Hoi An, I hope I’ll be able to stay here again. There are only 4 rooms so if there’s availability, don’t hesitate! Just book it! Thank you Mr. Hai! Looking forward to see you again!

Positive points: Everything was perfect. The location, the room and the hospitality by Mr. Hoang. After I got sick, he suggested help, asked if I need to see a doctor and frequently checked if I am feeling better or need any help.

Review: Staff is friendly and room also nice

Positive points: Mr. Hai is very kind & helpful. He can arrange from leather shoes to trip to “my son”. Everything is clean. The old town is 10 minutes away by walking. The place is quiet.

Review: Our stay here was amazing, the most wholesome family. I would recommend staying here any day! Around a 6-8 minute walk into the old town, there’s bicycles you can use which takes about 2-3 minutes. Honestly you’re missing out if you don’t stay here.

Positive points: This accommodation is fantastic if travelling with kids. Most family rooms in Vietnam have you all sleeping in the same room. These adjoining rooms keep you connected but give you the option to close the door between the rooms if you would like some privacy. The host was very friendly and attentive. The accommodation was high quality hotel standard.

Review: I stayed here when I was in Hội An as my first time come back to Vietnam in more than 10 yrs out of the country. The host and his spouse are wonderful people and provided the best hospitality as you can get. Great place to stay, very clean, A/C works perfectly, price is just right, and good location. Owner also provided a free bike for you to ride around Hội An which all you need. Also, if you like, owner would also assist you to get ticket for the Hội An impression show (which highly recommended). The show is about Hoi An Where you will get to learn about the history, people and culture of the area. Anyways, wonderful people and place to stay. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Positive points: The host was very friendly and accommodating and explained different activities I could do in the region. he also loaned me a bike free of charge and organised transport to and from Da Nang airport for a fair price. The room was very clean and the bed was confortable. No weird smells or stains which is rare in my experience. Hot water ran smoothly !
The little balcony was nice for rainy days.

Positive points: Great location, easily walkable to the old quarter without being too touristy or crowded. The place is spotless and the owner is very warm, super helpful, and his experience in the hotel industry shows in many little ways.

Review: I stayed here for 3days and it was really good. The room is very spacious and clean. All the furniture are brand new and Mr. Hai was really nice welcoming me in his Homestay. He's been working in hotel for quite long time, no wonder this Homestay make me feel like I'm in the 4 star Hotel.

Positive points: Amazing! This is the best place we've found while traveling around Asia. The owner is great, the place is clean, well-maintained.

Review: Mr. Hai was overly helpful and was willing to go beyond his duties or responsibilities. Rooms were clean and stay was comfortable with a nice breakfast. I would recommend this place and will pick the same stay if I were to visit the destination again in the future.

Positive points: Everything and especially the host. Mr Hai is very caring and accommodating. He is always ensuring our comfort and safety, offering advice before we set off for the day and welcoming us home warmly when we return. We will miss Mr Hai when we go home. ☺️
Rooms and bathrooms are spick and span clean. The bed is heavenly and everything smells lovely - toiletries, bedding, towels. Mr Hai gets our bicycles promptly ready when we request for them and they are provided complementary. Highly recommended, we look forward to returning.

Positive points: Hai was the most amazing host we had. Truly amazing. Made sure we had everything we needed and recommended us where to go and who had the best prices. Rented bikes for free, free water fill ups whenever we liked, and an amazing room. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Review: The room was very nice, clean and big. The host was very helpfull and friendly. He organized a trip to My Son and a taxi to the airport for a reasonable price.

Positive points: The house is very clean. The location is convenient to everywhere. You can book shuttle bus or private car from the property to airport or many other places. Thanks a lot to Mr.Hai (the host) who wait for me late, and book a car for me when I go out at night. He is a kind and trustworthy person.
