Positive points: Was so cozy and in a great location. Quiet nights sleep but only a 5 minute walk into the old town. Helen the manager was so lovely and very helpful. Arrived early in the morning and gave us a fold out bed to sleep in whilst we waited for our room. Some of the best service I’ve received at any hotel. Would recommend to anyone staying in hoi a for short or long stay.
Review: Location is superb 800 metre to ancient town
Positive points: It is a very quiet place where we could rest and we felt very comfortable. The owner and her family made us feel very good. I would stay there again.

A completely clean accommodation in all the hotels I stayed in Vietnam . The host was extremely kind she provided a very healthy vegan breakfast.
Here you can get into the old town in under 10 minutes and rent a motorbike or bicycle to ride around the surrounding area. Helen also gave some great travel tips. Highly recommend!

Helen and her team were excellent, welcoming and friendly! Helped me book tours and very informative.
It's a little walk from the main area which was great, more local feel while still being close but quiet so you can rest away from the hussle of Hoi An.
