Review: Hoi An Ancient Town is accessible by foot or by bike. They also provide bike use free of charge and complimentary bottled water. Mrs. Na and the staff are accommodating and very helpful. I would recommend! 💛

The host is fantastic! Na and her family were extremely welcoming and helpful in providing excellent suggestions for nice local food and attractions. The rooms were spotless, beds very comfortable.
There is no breakfast at the Homestay, but plenty of options very close to try different Vietnamese food and also getting a nice coffee.
We had a wonderful time at Nafala and we will certainly go back and stay again at the Homestay next time in Hoi An. We strongly recommend it to anyone to have a fantastic experience in Hoi An.

Positive points: What a great spot. A quiet alley right in the heart of the action! All of our needs were immediately attended to by a quick what's app message that was always responded to immediately! Our host gave us daily food and outing recommendations and even free bikes to go check everything out. Highly recommended!

Review: It was close to the center of Hoi An and was a relatively clean and spacious stay. I think it is particularly cost-effective. I also received laundry service, which was done neatly for 40,000 dong per kg. I stayed with my family and I think we had a good time without any inconveniences.

Positive points: Excellent location. Walking distance to everywhere relevant but still quiet. Comfortable (not hard!) beds, good AC, lots of hot water. Cleaned daily with fresh towels and water. Na, the owner, was amazing! Super friendly and incredibly helpful organising transport for outings, buying tickets, and suggestions for the best restaurants, tailors and shops.

The view from the bathroom was something else and just has to be seen to be truly appreciated!

This place is a 9/10 and we would stay there again. For reference, we are a Canadian family with two teenagers who have been travelling SE Asia for several months and I leave honest reviews.

Review: A nice house off the main road. Big family room. Cleanliness is decent. Bath area is a little slippery. Good place to stay to explore Hoi An. 4 minute walk from White Rose Restaurant. Better to go Hoi An old town by Grab. Will recommend this place for the big family room.

Positive points: Loved the location and all staff friendly and helpful. Booked a great trip at property along with taxis and had washing done. Nothing was too much trouble.

Positive points: The place is very nice, it looks exactly as in the photos on booking, the room was even bigger than I expected. It is located at about 20 minutes walk to the Old Town, which is very crowded and noisy, so the location is quite perfect, the walk there is nice. You can also find anything you may need in the close proximity. The owners are very nice and help you with anything you may need.

Review: Really comfortable large bed. Very clean room. Helpful host. 8 min walk away from Central Hoi An. 5 min drive to the stunning beach. Lovely little pool. Absolute bargain.

Positive points: We loved our stay at NaFaLa! The location was perfect, within walking distance of the night markets and everything else we wanted to see. We also loved the free bikes which we used to go see the nearby rice fields and beach. The owner was very kind, helping us check in despite arriving quite late, and booking us an awesome coffee making class. The room was also very clean and quiet. We will definitely be back next time we are in Hoi An.

Positive points: Nafala homestay is the perfect base in Hoi An. The owner was able to help us book transfers, organise tours and money exchange. The location is ideal in Hoi An and just a short stroll to the Night Market. The room was large, comfortable, clean and quiet. Great value for money

Positive points: We absolutely loved staying in this welcoming, comfortable, and clean homestay. Our bed was super comfy, we had nice big windows with views, balcony and places to chill. The pool looked inviting and the family are lovely. The location was fantastic, peaceful but close to old town and cheaper food options. There was a lantern making place 1 min away, plenty of affordable spas etc. We would definitely recommend you to stay here.
