Positive points: The hotel is located perfectly just outside the old town and a short walk from the markets and the attractions

The hotel brings to mind visions of a grand hotel with it's ornate staircases. The rooms are large with AC and fan. The room also featured a balcony that you could relax on with a book or s drink.

The hotel also has a pool to lounge by and had a great breakfast.

The highlight has to be the staff. Very friendly and helpful.

Review: We arrived before check-in but were welcomed and provided our room. The room was very spacious and clean. One bed was squeeky and the shower floor a bit slippery, but apart from that the room was great. Breakfast was offering many choices and all the staff were wonderful. The location to all attraction was an easy walk. Definately worth a stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Hoian Central Hotel. The room was spacious, with an exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. The service was outstanding—clean towels provided daily, and we were even treated to fresh fruit and watermelon juice by the pool. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great tips on places to visit.

The location is perfect. It’s wonderful to experience the hustle and bustle of the old town, then retreat to the peaceful oasis of the hotel, just a short stroll or bike ride away. The complimentary bicycles, which are in excellent condition, were a fantastic bonus.

We stayed for five days, thoroughly exploring the old town. The longer we stayed, the more we fell in love with Hoi An. Beyond the old town, we ventured out to the surrounding areas by motorbike and particularly enjoyed visiting Cam Kim.

We highly recommend the show at the Lune Theatre and a visit to the Heritage Museum—it’s an unforgettable experience!

Positive points: Very centrally located for our brief stay. We could walk everywhere. Large room with comfortable beds. Wonderful breakfast served in pretty garden next to pool. Complimentary soft Drinks offered when poolside. Very helpful, attentive staff. Complimentary water in rooms and libby, plus bike use.

Positive points: This was a charming hotel in a perfect location for exploring Hoi An on foot. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. In fact, when we discovered our hot water wasn't working the staff responded right away and had it repaired within hours. We visited in December, but could envision how cool and relaxing it must be to sit by their lovely private pool in warm weather. The breakfast buffet offered many choices including eggs made to order. The staff were attentive and considerate, and offered special touches to make our stay memorable, including sending us home with a package of delicious coconut cookies as a holiday gift.

Review: Old Town main street is just 5mins walk away. The hotel itself is amazingly beautiful. Has an authentic interior design and beautiful dining area. Each is designed so beautifully and very serene and peaceful location as well.

Review: Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel et sommes plus que ravies de ce séjour ! La chambre et l’hôtel en général sont très propres, le personnel au petit soin et à l’écoute. L’hôtel est également bien situé à quelques minutes à pieds des petites rues commerçantes et de la vielle ville. Je recommande vivement!

Positive points: This is a beautiful hotel with lush gardens connecting the lobby to the breakfast space and pool area. We booked two rooms and one of our rooms had a balcony overlooking the pool and terraced rooftops! The beds were comfortable, rooms and bathrooms very spacious, and exceptionally clean. We were in the top (third) floor and although there was no lift, my 73 year old mum was still able to navigate the stairs. The location is great - an easy walking distance to the waterfront, the Japanese bridge and night markets. I love that there are tuktuk drivers everywhere that charge a very small fee if you don’t want to walk the streets.
The staff were very friendly, courteous snd attentive. We were greeted by Rosie on arrival and she made sure all our needs were met. The breakfast options were delicious, especially sitting in the courtyard.
Wonderful stay - highly recommend this place and we’d love to return! It’s also a great base to visit all the sites in Danang.

Review: We had such an enjoyable stay at this quaint hotel that is perfectly located close to shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We will definitely stay here if we visit Hoi An again.

Positive points: Perfect location and very nice spacious room. The hotel is basic but all you need. Would definitely recommend it for a stay in HoiAn.

Review: Amazed with this boutique hotel stay. The GM Rosie and her team deserved a huge thumbs up for providing a 5-star hotel services.

1. cocktail drinks and cold towel were served upon checked in.
2. all staff greeted guests during breakfast everyday.
3. Buffet breakfast is simple but has meets international basic + Vietnamese food.
4. Rosie and her team were so concerned when our room aircon wasnt cold and they get it fixed immediately while we were out shopping.
5. They arranged the 1D Hue tour for us and we were so pleased with the excellent tour guide.
6. They advised and arranged the 3hrs coconut ride for us and the time given was exact.
7. Location is da BEST! right next to our favorite tailor SeSe and the best SPA Zenly Massage.
7. Even having stayed in many 5 star hotel, we have never experienced hotel staff (Rosie and her team) sending us off in a cab to airport.

Thank you Rosie and team for making us felt so happy and inspired to return soon for another stay!

Review: We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was 5 star service with us being greeted with cool drinks on our arrival and a staff member taking us through all the things we could do in Hoi An as well as the best spots to eat. We were also upgraded to a better room for free! They helped us book our tickets to the memories show and our transfer to Da Nang - thanks very much Lealia! They have a beautiful garden that you sit to eat the complimentary breakfast which we very much enjoyed and found peaceful to sit in a garden. They also have a lovely pool surrounded by a beautiful garden as well.
My only gripe was that the TV wasn't smart tv so we couldn't access YouTube or Netflix but they had a wide range of channels available so we were able to find something to watch. The House keeping was also done late around 3-3.30pm but I think that was because we were on the last floor.
We would stay again here.

Positive points: Right in the old town super comfy big bed with extra soft pillows a lovely balcony and a rain shower and tv. The brekky here is amazing and there is nothing that the staff won’t help you with they are the best. Is bikes u can take to ride around and that’s awesome

Positive points: Beautiful garden, great breakfast (both salty, fruity.land sweet fold), super friendly and helpful staff. We could borrow bicycles, which was very convenient.
