Positive points: Cozy, looks clean. Staff is sweet.
Negative points:
Room is very small and the toilet door is hard to open. Wet everywhere after shower :(
Location also not too great to walk.
Positive points: Everything was beyond what I expected. We were greeted warmly with a cup of tea and some coconut crispy chips by Emily. She explained everything that we needed to know about traveling in Hoi An. She also helped us book tours and show tickets, which had made our trip so easy and worthwhile. I cannot express how grateful I am to her and Nancy, who also made breakfast for us. I was also impressed by the artefacts and decoration of Kaia Gallery Hotel Hoi An. It is calm and elegant. Our room was also well-arranged and full of good surprises.
Negative points: No.
Positive points: The stay in Kaia Gallery was perfect for experiencing Hoi An. It is situated in a secluded area of the town but is only a short walk from many of the tourist attractions on offer. Emily and Nancy both offered a superb service advising on the best places to eat and things to do. They were also of great help booking tickets to attractions and events to attend. The comfort and surroundings at Kaia Gallery along with the service on offer is sure to impress.
Positive points: Emily especially, but also Nancy, Foo and staff were amazing! Good location about 10 mins walk from old town but quiet and a chance to see more local things. Art details very good
Negative points: All good and anything that you need help with they will accommodate.
Positive points:
Best hotel we have stayed in during our trip in Vietnam !! Exceptionnal service !! Nancy, Emily and the owner are so welcoming and helpful ! They recommended the best adresses and organized activities and transfers for us. They really made our stay memorable.
On top of that the Hotel is absolutely beautiful ...decorated with very good taste and high class style. Breakfast was excellent ... I highly recommend to stay at Kaia Residence Hoi An !!!!
Negative points: Nothing !
Positive points: We loved the location of the hotel because it was away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, while still being in a walking distance. The interior was very careful curated. Our hosts Emily and Nancy were very welcoming and helped us greatly with organising transfers and suggesting things to do. While breakfast is not included, when we ordered it, it was very tasty.
Positive points: Our favourite hotel whilst in travelling in Vietnam. Beautifully designed lounge and well thought out rooms. Nancy and the team looked after during our stay, providing us with great café and restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was perfect – small selection but great produce and well cooked. Bikes were most welcome and spent lovely day tootling around local area for frequent coffee stops and lunch. A charming and relaxing hotel that delivers well above its price-point. Thank you.
Negative points: NA
Review: The location is great .Close to old town but quite and cozy.If you love the japanse style decor and love the cozy space you must visit kaia.
Positive points: Very nice interior with a lot of art. Good breakfast and coffee, very hospitable. Comfy bed.
Review: The hotel is tastefully decorated and comfortable. It is very welcoming and its staff are an absolute delight and hospitable. A recommeded hotel to stay in Hoi An!
Positive points:
We stayed at Kaia Gallery hotel for 3 nights while in Hoi An and it was a highlight of our trip to Vietnam!
The location is perfect. Easy walking distance to the old town but also easy biking distance to the farming village and beach.
But by far the thing that sets Kaia apart was the service. We experienced a lot of great hospitality throughout Vietnam, but Emily and Nancy were by far the best hosts we encountered. They were helpful with setting up transportation, assisting with booking activities, and overall extremely friendly! Additionally, the list of local recommendations the hotel provides was excellent!
There are certainly a lot of options for where to stay in Hoi An, but Kaia Gallery has to be one of the best available. I highly recommend!
Review:
The hotel is beautiful. It’s not fancy. Well designed. Perfect for staying few days.
The bed was comfortable.
The owner is an artist and his gallery is inside the hotel.
Emily who works there is a professional tour guide. She really understands how to work with tourists and her advises were extremely helpful.
It was a pleasure staying at this hotel.
Positive points: the house design
Negative points: none
Review:
The place is exactly how it is mentioned on the website.
The standout is definitely the staff , very warm and helpful.
If there is any issue , tell them and you will get a swift response.
A great breakfast with options for all.
The rooms are tastefully designed, it's a treat to sit out in the balcony when it rains.
Couple of minor drawbacks, not sure if they are really.
1. The ac could be cooler
2. The fan regulations are a bit off
3. Maybe the addition of an exhaust in the toilet.
Overall it's was nearly perfect, thankyou kaia and will surely visit again
Review:
This boutique hotel has everything if you are searching for a quite, elegant, and pleasant place to stay right outside of busy Hoi An old town.
The staffs are super friendly. Breakfasts are simple local VN noodles, yum :) and they change the type of noodles offered every morning! The room is beautifully designed. The flowers are blossoming on the balcony. The bed is super comfy with linen bed sheets. The only thing is the curtain is also linen so it's not really light proof, but it's not a big problem for us.
The unique characteristic of this hotel comes from the beautiful home decor as it's also a gallery showcasing a local artist's sculpture art pieces.
We really enjoyed our stay in Kaia! Highly recommend it!!
