Positive points: Very big rooms in a convenient location only a 10/15 minute walk from the Old Town. Owner is helpful at booking tours and even has a tailoring business to help you make your own clothes.

Positive points: The owner of this hotel kept recommending that I stay longer from the moment I checked in. He was actively promoting this to every guest. On the second day, I checked out at 12:20 p.m., and he charged me an extra 50,000 VND. However, the rule on the wall states that a late fee is only charged if you exceed an hour. He even said, “I hope you’re happy.” Do you think I would be happy?

Review: The homestay is located just a quick walk from Hoi An's ancient town and there's plenty of local eateries a few meters away. The room was spacious with one small balcony and a bigger terrace, room was backs but had everything you need, they have complimentary bikes, scooters for rent, they can organize tours, airport transfers, one of their family members has s Taylor shop as well, so you don't really need to look far. There's a nice pool for you to relax and cools down with some lounges and chairs. I had a lovely stay, Hueyn and Jhonny made me feel welcome and would always try and help with a smile on their faces. If I ever come back to Hoi An I will definitely stay with them again!

Positive points: Lovely manager who was so helpful, he let us come downstairs to make noodles in the kitchen area. Bed was really comfy! Had a fridge in the room to keep our water cold, shower was powerful and room was clean! Also really good value for money! We even stayed an extra night!

Review: We went there in Mar2018. The lord suppored to upgrade the room for us without charge, so the room is big, quiet and comfortable enough.
We can rent a motorbike to get to the city centre.
The only disadvantage is the door of the bathroom door cannot be closed properly while it seems the lord hasn't noticed it for long time. (???). In addition, the lavabo is outside the bathroom, which might cause water dropping on the floor.

Review: The property is really pretty. You can use the bikes for free to get to the market. Actually it was really loud because next to the villa there are construction works and so I couldn't sleep well or spend relaxing time at the pool without that the workers were staring at me.
But at all it was a good stay. The room is really pretty and the bed is really comfortable.

Positive points: The owner of the property is so nice and suggested some really nice things to do while we were in Hoi Ann. We were in room 302 which is the top floor and has access to a small balcony which was shared between the other rooms on that floor. The room has a comfy double bed with good pillows which allowed for a comfy sleep. When we went to Hoi Ann it was 37 degrees so very very hot so the aircon was not the best, but it did cool the room down by the evening which was good. There was large shower room which could so like a little fixing but overall you get what you paid for (£9 a night). The owner also arrange a taxi for us to the airport which was 300 DNG which is very reasonably priced to Da Nang airport. We did not go into the pool but it looked great.

Review: + This is a lovely hotel about 7 minute bike ride from ancient city (bikes free at hotel).
+ Clean and comfortable beds, plus swimming pool is nice.
+ restaurant on site, okay food.
+ connected us to Faifoo Tailors. Thankful to have such great tailors!
- Downside is there are only 4 lounge chairs on pool side so you have to get there early if you ever want a spot.
- customer service was almost embarrassing at times (Owner postponed check out/ asks you to come back later, then when you do plays on his phone making you wait to check out)
- we would ask for directions to art galleries or different places and he would try peddle us to his friends instead and not give us proper directions to where we want to go.
- basically I just felt like the owner saw us as a money bag piece of meet and was only helpful when he could get something out of us.
- cleaning lady pounds on our door every mornings asking to clean our room
- owner and staff smoke in the main area ... a lot.

Positive points: The staff were very helpful and it was walking distance to the old town.

Review: Phòng sạch, phòng tắm ko có nước nóng, sân để xe hơi nhỏ, ghế bơi hơi cũ nhưng bù lại phòng đẹp, ban công cũng sạch sẽ, vì đi về trong ngày nên các tiện ích khác ko đánh giá đc

Positive points: The hosts were so lovely and even gave us a free upgrade on arrival- the pool area was so nice and it was in a great location near Hoi An town
