Review: The staff were nice. The room was clean with soft bed. You would get a discount for cafe in the hotel.
Positive points: The staff, especially Nyko or Nicky, not sure how he spells his name. He was awesome! He couldn't do enough for us and always had a smile. His English is very good! The bed was so comfortable and the location was great!
Negative points: There was nothing we didn't like!
Review: Great hotel within walking distance to most things in Hoi An. Modern rooms. Only complaint is my room had a weird smell inside but it wasn’t overwhelming. Would definitely recommend and return here. Good value for price
Positive points:
It’s great value for money and the room looked great when we entered it.
Staff were friendly, clean sheets and towels and just a 10 min walk to the old quarter.
The coffee shop seemed really popular and looked nice but we didn’t have time to use it.
Negative points:
The hotel lets itself down as it looks like it’s been revamped but is not maintained. The curtains pulled off the rail as there’s not a stopper, drains smelt, no seal around the shower door so it leaks on the floor, rocks and tissue paper in the pool.
Shame they don’t offer breakfast through the coffee shop

Positive points: The hotel is just a short walk from the city center and it has very spacious rooms. Even though it does not offer breakfast (as far as I know), the coffee place on site makes great coffee for a very reasonable price. We were also able to borrow their bikes and visited the local beach a few kilometers away.
Negative points: Nothing.
Negative points: Bad air ventilation, so obvious mold in room

Positive points: Overall, I liked the place. The rooms are nicely designed, and include a desk, chair and a comfortable bed. Staff is friendly and the location is good as well. A few eateries around and walk-able distance to the start of the old town. Easy to get taxi's here as well. Value for money is good here as well, with cheap prices.
Negative points: Cleanliness and hygiene can be better. Rooms are cleaned every day, bed is made and fresh towels provided and I can see the bathroom being cleaned too, but the floor does not seem to be cleaned. There was a lot of dust and hairs around and this was never cleaned in the few days we were there. Some things need to be maintained a bit as well, such as the plastic covers on doors that are sort of breaking and the shower because of the temperature being either boiling hot or cold. Overall, these are smallish things, considering the price you pay and if they could just be a bit better with cleaning, you have a very nice place for excellent value.
Review: We stayed 4 nights here. Walking distance to old town. Hotel is right in the local area and near the market but room is quiet. We love the cafe downstairs which served the best drink at very affordable price.
Positive points: Great location, clean and comfortable room. The cafe downstairs is a lovely touch.
Negative points: The room gets a little damp as there is no ventilation in the bathroom

I enjoyed the stay, but hotel staff command for english is not as strong.
But if you just need to stay, no need recommendations, you can stay at this hotel.
It is walkable to the old street, so i saved money on that. About 15 min walk and it was cooling in Jan when I was there.
Positive points: The room was clean, light and comfortable. We loved that the shower was in a cubicle. The beds were very nice and we liked that a duvet was provided. The staff were friendly but not overbearing.
Negative points: The WiFi did cut out, but it wasn’t a massive issue.
