Positive points: Location, perfectly on the edge of old town. Could walk everywhere.
Staff - Vina and Ho were absolutely amazing, our kids loved them. Mr Ho even took our boys to play in is weekly game of football.

We did the cooking class which was well worth it!

Rooms were spacious and very clean. Comfortable beds and good shower.

Positive points: Vina is a little superstar! Cleanliness is on point, beds are massive and very comfortable, its safe, secure and immaculately kept. Arrive as travellers and leave as friends. I would highly recommend the cooking classes, so joyous if only for entertainment value, Vina is a joy and its a great social mix of people!

Review: Very friendly hotel, but also quiet if you want peace. Great pool. Staff will assist you as much or as little as you wish. Housekeeping a little random, but if you ask for anything they will oblige.

Positive points: Warm and friendly host, Vina who helped organise and recommended trips, food, and transfers. Great quiet location. Very large comfortable room with big beds and spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast.

Review: Great property with a welcoming host near old town Hoi An. Amenities and cleanliness are top notched. The pool is sparkling clean and very relaxing.

Positive points: The beds were very comfortable and the shower was wonderful. We enjoyed having a shower cubicle rather than a wet room.

Review: Good location, approximately 10 minutes stroll to the old town on a quiet side road. Vina is extremely nice and helpful and the room itself was good for the price paid.
We would stay again.

Positive points: The property was a cozy and quaint. Vina was an amazing host, very sweet and helpful. She booked us tickets to different attractions and shows and had our shuttles set up as well and communication was great. She was always asking how we were and tried to make us as happy as possible. The location wasn’t too bad, walking distance to old town and the rooms were clean and cozy. If u want to do cooking classes with Vina u can also do those and learn some Vietnamese cooking.

Review: Located a ten minute walk from the old town, it has the benefit of not being noisy, and also being near "real" local markets (Tiger market)

The rooms are simple with clean beds, clean pillows, and with everything in reasonable or good condition.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They will go out of their way to help you. I will use this hotel again when I go back.

Positive points: The staff are lovely, they offer recommendations and pick ups / drop offs from different location/hotel or airport and it’s cheaper than grab! Bed is sooo comfortable! We were concerned about location being too far out from old town but it wasn’t an issue. 10-15 minute walk which is easy to navigate :)

Review: The room is spotlessly clean and the staff is super friendly. They will contact you on WhatsApp, so you can ask any questions directly.
The entire place is very quiet (bliss) set in a tranquil side lane, so if your family is loud, this is not the place for you, as you’ll disturb the entire neighbourhood.

Review: They treated us like family, they gave us many recommendations on activities and places to eat.

Positive points: Excellent service. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until 4am, we were welcomed by a lovely, smiling night manager. The staff are fantastic and bent over backwards to accommodate us.

Review: We stayed with our family of 5. Gioan and her team are so so so lovely and happy. We felt welcomed and had a very comfortable stay. Clean sheets, good air con, clean pool and east walk into shops/restaurants. We did the cooking class and ate breakfast- fantastic 👌

Positive points: Nice location next to the historic city. Room was simple and spacious. Staff were super nice, helpful and dedicated. Compliments to Vina! The food was really tasty and home cooked. Pool was clean. Bicycles could be borrowed. We recommend their cooking class with Vina too.
