Review: This homestay is truly one of a kind. It’s spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located. After months of traveling, I can confidently say it’s the best accommodation I’ve experienced in Vietnam. The design is modern, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the location couldn’t be better. On top of that, the hosts are incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything you need. Highly recommended!

Review: Good place, love the room decor, and the nook that’s like a mini living room. the hosts were kind. Just something to keep in mind the room is at the front of the house by the road so you will hear honking (they do it a lot ), so if a light sleeper maybe the rooms in the back are better

Positive points: Best part about the Dao Tien homestay was its host - Gracie and her husband, along with the 3 lovely kids. Gracie can speak English really well, lives on the ground floor of the property, which allowed us to have a glimpse of her home and an idea of how normal Vietnamese houses from the inside look like. She is very responsive on WhatsApp and has an overall friendly demeanor! The place has a homely, family-friendly vibe to it, the room size is pretty good and the basic facilities provided are at par with any decent-starred hotel. All in all, I would recommend this place to others and would stay here if I visit Hoi An again.

Positive points: Really lovely spacious rooms with comfy beds. Good location, about 10-15 minute walk through the old town to get to the river. Lots of places to eat within a 2 minute walk. Staff were helpful, they can help you organise activities and tours if you need.

Positive points: We stayed here for 6 nights and can recommend the accommodation overall. The owners were very nice and booked onward transport for us, which worked out very well. Overall, the accommodation is good value for money.
