Review: Stay was good, but breakfast does not fulfill our expectations. Transport arrangement to airport transfer was reasonable but driver was very unfriendly and unable to understand.
Positive points: The staff were very helpful providing information on sightseeing and tours in Hoi An/Da Nang. The interconnected rooms for our large group were spacious.
Negative points: Breakfast could have been better. The location of the villa is not as close as we thought it was to the Old Town. It's best to book a car on Grab if you're venturing to/from the Old Town.
Review: I would highly recommended Babylon Villa. Staff were so friendly. Room was spacious and clean.
Positive points: Property is just okay.
Negative points: Wifi is slow, but not a big deal as we ended up bought data. However, the hot water on our second night is just warm, not hot enough for us to take shower. My kids shivering. Breakfast is limited, fruit - owner gave each 1 banana each, there is no vegetable.
Review: The owners were friendly. Great location: 15-20 minute walk to the Old Town, and 15-20 bicycle ride to An Bang Beach. Room was spacious with a big bed, cold AC and stable wifi.
Positive points: Lovely family owned business, we had an issue with water on the first night but they were super helpful and apologetic. Amazing location, you can walk to Hoi An UNESCO Heritage site. Vegetarian breakfast options and much vegetarian options in the area. Owners are super helpful, gave many local recommendations. Clean and spacious rooms
Negative points: Pool is in an awkward location so we didn’t use it
Review: Satisfied to stayed at Babylon Hoi An Centre Villa. It was so clean , wide and neat. The owner there so friendly and helpful. Location also good to go everywhere you wish. Strongly recommend to those will visit Hoi An and you will not regret. Thank you for the best serviced.
Positive points: We enjoyed a very clean and comfortable stay. Great customer service provided by the owners with Tran even taking us into the old town with his own vehicle.

Our stay at the hotel was FANTASTIC and hassle-free experiencing the ff:
✔️owner is accommodating (he guided us best places we can visit)
✔️clean rooms
✔️delicious breakfast (esp. the vietnamese bread)
✔️ can book motor/motorbike rental, spa, and order take away food
✔️ quiet area, the villa is "motorbike/bike" distance from the ancient town
✔️ cheap/price reasonable
Positive points: We stayed at Babylon Villa for three nights and it was a very pleasant stay. The family who owns the hotel is very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. Big rooms and good location close to restaurants and the old town.
Review: We loved our stay here. They even helped us bought a birthday cake to surprise our friend. They upgraded our room as well to accommodate my last minute friend who joined the trip. Overall it was good.
Positive points: Owners were outstanding. Very helpful and always go out of their way to help.

Review: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this family owned hotel. We got some great personal service including free bikes for a ride through the rice fields to the veggie/herb gardens and a car ride to An Bang beach. The location is in some quiet streets close to restaurants, spas and mini marts, and a 15 min walk to Old Town. Would come back again for sure.
Positive points: The room was spacious and clean.
Negative points: It would be nice to have hand washing liquid next to the sink and more variety of items to choose from for breakfast rather than 1.

Positive points: Lovely room we booked, good size & good location just a 10 minute walk from the centre. Helpful staff.
Negative points: They did try to put us in a smaller room on arrival but did get the room we booked in the end. Breakfast was disappointing but went out for food to make up for it. It’s over priced in my opinion.
