Review: Friendly staff, clean rooms, good AC, good location, good value for money

Positive points: The room was spacious for 3, location was convenient and staff are friendly and helpful

Review: Fantastic location in quiet street off the main drag but very walkable, with coffee shops & restaurants on the street.
Hotel seems to have limited staff - our room was big enough, with a tiny balcony looking out on the street.
This is the only place we stayed that had no safe in the room and although staff offered to keep our belongings in a locked drawer in reception this was not secure and we came in a few times to find reception unattended and room keys left out on the front desk. Breakfast was included but not great. Pool small, but fine for little ones.

Review: The staff is amazing, they help you book everything and they always try to go far and beyond to make you feel welcome. The rooms are. Very clean and everything is organized. And all hotel tours amazing!

Positive points: The location is great, about 10min to the old town, river and temples, the ladies working there go above and beyond to help you, and plan tours, breakfast is also very good!

Review: I was welcomed with the very friendly staffs. and they explained to me how to travel in Hoi An with their brochure. they even helped me to plan my itineary depends on how many days i stay. They also recommended me what the best restaurants are.
The room is clean. I booked a private room. the plug next to the bed is not working though. the bathroom and toilet are just perfect with high pressure of hot water. I cant complain anything given the price is so cheap.

overall, the best thing is still the staffs, they make me feel like home whenever i leave or come back to the place.

Positive points: The location is great.The staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance into Old Town. The street has quite a few places to eat, get massaged, and have a coffee along it .

Positive points: The personel was very kind and helpful but the hotel is not well maintained, there’s mold everywhere and we decided not to stay in this hotel.

I arrived early in the morning and was let to check in earlier with no extra fee.
I attended free walking tour which was amazing to get to know the history and culture.
Room was in good condition and clean.
Hotel it is located 5 min walk from the centre.
People make this place, they love to share their knowledge about the town, cuisine and culture.
Easy to get needed information or arrange a tour.
