Hoi An Old Town Residence

Review: The best place I have stayed in Vietnam 100%. The friendliest staff, super clean rooms and a really tasty breakfast included. The perfect location, right next to the market, and a 5 minute walk to loads of restaurants and coffee shops.

Review: As a solo female traveler, this was the perfect place to stay, both in terms of its location as well as the staff, who chatted with me every single day.

So often a hotel is somewhere just to sleep, but this place felt like an authentic piece of old Hoi An, and the staff made me and the other guests feel like honoured family who had come to stay.

Positive points: The location was central, the host was helpful and friendly.

Positive points: The location makes up for what's lacking in facilities. But the room was fine. You have all the essentials in ur room. The building gives that quaint old town feels which I like. And it was was very clean. Staff were helpful and their bahn mi was perfectly paired wd coffee. What I didnt like though, was when I got locked up outside the residence lolss. They should inform guests beforehand that they close the main door at a certain time.

Positive points: Owners were so welcoming and accomodating. A beautiful building within walking distance of the sights of the Old Town. Can't praise the whole experience enough.

Positive points: Loved the location. Just a very short walk to the market and centre of the old town. Lots of cafes, food places, and spas on the street.
The staff were excellent, and I was happy with the tailoring recommendation they gave me.
Large room, and the hotel is kept clean.
I would stay here again.

Positive points: The residence was the perfect place to stay we extended by 2 nights. Clean comfy with wonderful staff and so close to everything. Very very quiet, good size rooms with a big bathroom. Breakfast is whatever you want whenever you want.Come out the front, turn right and walk up the street to the night markets, take a wonderful boat tour. Stop by baNana split caffe on the corner for the best egg coffee in hoi an. If your an aussie turn left and go into the bar across the street for the cheapest beer and wine whilst watching nrl afl cricket etc or sit outside watching the boats go up and down. their are plenty of good cafes nearby. It's only one street back from the river. There are so many great restaurants around very very close. Want cloths and shoes made, this residence is in the middle of it all. It really is only 350m from the centre. A big thank you to our hosts and their staff.
