Positive points: The location is great, not in the very busy center but nearby. My room (at the back) was nice and quiet. Van was exceptionally helpful, she responded to all my requests nearly immediately.
Negative points: Not the most modern bathroom, but good value for this price.
Positive points: Nice room in the central area of Hoi An. Nem is very kind and always available to help.
Positive points: Highly recommended if you stay in Hoi an, comfortable bed, and clean toilet, also Van is very helpful on organising my day trip

Van was so lovely and did so much for us. She helped us with any tour bookings and recommendations for restaurants, tailors and other things.

just you need some effort to bring your luggages to your room on the third floor since this is home, doesnt have lift.
Positive points: Great location with only a short walk to the river. Large spacious room for our family of 3. The souvlaki downstairs was a great late night snack. Only a short distance to the beach by Grab too.

Positive points: Van was an excellent host. She was incredibly helpful and gave excellent advice. She also assisted us with booking airport transfers, cooking classes & tickets to the Hoi A memories show.
Negative points: It’s in a noisy area. However you can close the windows and put the air conditioner on.
Review: The only thing to be improved is wifi connection. Other things are very good: great host, convenient location, accessible and easy to go to famous locations in Hoi An.

Positive points: The staff was wonderful, the receptionist was a huge help and was totally lovely. She gave us great recommendations and washed/folded our laundry. Amazing location!
Negative points: The facility itself was minimalistic. Weak water pressure in bathroom. Would still definitely recommend this place.
