Positive points: For starters, we arrived late and were warmly greeted by the staff, even at 11pm. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. But the real kicker? The desk staff! We had arrived early for a group tour, and Serena and Alice helped us get eSim cards for our phones, and looked through our itinerary and found activities and sights that we would otherwise have not been aware of. Even after we changed hotels to be with our group, Serena texted me that I had left my water bottle in the lobby. And we booked a motorbike tour with them. Lovely people!

Review: I slept really well here. There are no windows in the room if that matters to you. Quiet location away feom the busy part of town, but close enough to reach in a 20 mins walk or 5 mins taxi.

Review: Q is a great hotel but what makes it fantastic is the warmth and helpfulness of the staff. I wish to especially thank Mr Nguyen Nam, who went beyond his duty to help move my heavy luggage on the streets filled with motorcycles all the way to my next location. And he was so cheerful to help! Truly appreciate the super enthusiastic attitude! Thanks you!

Positive points: the room decor, the bed it was like sleeping on a cloud and the pillow were super comfortable. The reception staff was very nice.

Negative points: It was the noisiest hotel ever. It was very good insulated from the outside but unfortunately the cleaning staff kept screaming on their walkie talkie or just to each other all day long. They start screaming and cleaning the room next to us at 6am. Unfortunately the people that were staying there woke us up at 3.30 with loud music and chatting from one room to the other. We cannot do anything about neighbours from hell but at least the staff of the hotel should behave in a manner that doesn't disturb the guests.

Positive points: Breakfast was wonderful every morning - the best breakfast we had on our entire trip. The staff at the front desk and the men who carried baggage were all very hard working, helpful and friendly.

Negative points: The location is very good but more of a walk to Old Quarter, French Quarter and lake
