Review: We have traveled with a baby to this hotel from halong bay by a van which was 2 hours, when we tried to check in they said that the room we have booked is sold out. I dont know how this happened but we booked through agoda and they did send us our booking confirmation before we reached to the hotel as well. Could have informed a bit sooner. But the hotel did not offer us anything or any upgrade. And told us they have another room available which was 8M vnd (300$)The staff did call their boss but did not offer us anything so we had to go find another hotel with all of our luggage’s and a 1 year old. Be careful out there!

Negative points: 1. We booked a deluxe room with kitchenette. However, the kitchen was not equipped & I struggled with the cooking etc… nn2. The deluxe room included laundry, however, there was no washer & dryer in our room. nn3. The breakfast did not include any vegetarian options and also the coffee & fruits were not part of the breakfast.
Review: Didn't really enjoy quite dated
Positive points: Really easy check-in process. They upgraded me to a bigger room. It was clean and spacious and great value. Walking distance to the Lotte Observation Deck, department store and mall.
Review: The hotel offers breakfast where each person can only choose one dish. At a price of 800k per night, I find that the price is high. However, the hotel is quite comfortable.
Positive points: Clean rooms and kind people who were very friendly.
Negative points: Cable TV but not a problem.

Review: I have booked here twice and the guests complained about the smell in the room, even switching to a room with a window for an extra 1 million at a nearby facility still had the same issue. I don’t like this. The smell and stuffiness. The price is quite expensive.

Negative points: I've booked a standard king room for a night and I wasn't informed that they had some plumbing issues so they moved me to an old apartment where the window wouldn't close and it didn't look anything like that I payed for. Try to avoid this accommodation
Review: Great place to stay
Negative points: I purposefully booked this place because it looks nice in the picture and it has a washing machine ( based on my filter) only to find out that I needed to upgrade it to a premium suite to have a washing machine. (400k more per night) At this point I couldn’t cancel because I was pass the cancellation window. When I arrived room was in terrible condition and was not as pictured on booking.com There was a pungent smell of mold and urine throughout the apartment. The washer that I had paid extra to use was full of mold I requested the clean it and they sent the maintenance man up twice to clean but it was still moldy after running 3 cleaning cycles. Fortunately I was only here for one night and flying the next morning this apartment should be taken down and sanitized throughly… I cannot in good recommend thisy place to anyone please spend your money elsewhere.
Positive points: it's not close to the Old Quarter nor within walking distance, but it is pretty close to Lotte Tower and some other landmarks.rnthe room is super nice but I can hear the noise from the reception. overall great value if you just stay there for 1-2 days. and the staff is super nice and very helpful.
Negative points: the noise. and a 3% surcharge if you choose to pay at the hotel with a credit card (visa, master, amex...) which they do not show or include in the room price information at booking.com
Review: I don't get the high ratings of this property. The images are cleary for illustrative purposes only! The actual room was so old and down graded. They should position themselves as a motel rather than a hotel. The bath towel smells, the male receptionist didn't know what he was doing, the kettle inside the room with broken lid, shower with clogged drain, and there were cockroaches! The only nice thing was its location.
