Review: They never opened for my for a late arrival due to airline delays. But it wa just past the 12:00 am mark there should be someone open the door for a booked customer. I had to grab some other location ended up wit paying more with a smoked room.
Positive points: value for money
Negative points: the hot water from the shower was a tad slow to boot up
Review: Walked from airport under sweltering heat. Made it. Great if you want to save a buck. Staff has limited English. Sent me to my destination on motorcycle and price what I paid for the accommodation the night before. Use Grab to save another buck.
Positive points: no hassle and quick check in, and a basement carpark where i can park my rented bike ,, you can walk if have time to the macdonalds which is only 500 mets away
Negative points: a kettle would be nice and some complementary drinks like coffee but a kettle will do.

Review: When arrived we got the worst room and upon asking for something somewhat similar to the photos the manager asked us for how much money we had spent and proceeded to explain how with that little money he could only give us the storeroom. Once I got angry we were upgraded to the correct room, which was still awful compared to what we had seen in other Hotels all around Vietnam.
Positive points: Dam and the staff were incredibly sweet and helpful, always willing to go out of their way to help me and make sure my stay was superior. I will appreciate you both forever <3

Was a decent location if you need next to the airport. Sadly there was a lot of roadworks in front of the building and was difficult to walk the street.
If you arrive from airport get a metered taxi and it should be less than 100000vnd.
Positive points: This hotel was at a convenient spot. The staff were very welcoming and even let us check-in late (at 2AM). We were a group of four, but they let us book a room for three at the price of an extra 50k VND. The room looked exactly as shown in the pictures, and was spotless. We also really liked that it was well-equipped with toiletries (2 pairs of slippers, soaps, towels, and a hair dryer).
Negative points: Though the location of the hotel is convenient, but because it's located in a very narrow alley, it's a bit hard for cars to get to it. Another thing is that while it's printed on their door that they accept cards, they only accept online QR payment (e.g. Momo) or cash.

Positive points: The staff is friendly. The location is great. The room is comfortable with all the appliances you need for a stay.
Negative points: The hot-cold water did work well that it takes a while before the water is boiled. The hotel likes to close the door after midnight, which is a bit inconvenient (although you can press the bell to ask the staff to open the door)
