Review: Of all 5 days we stayed here, there were events on all 4 days where by weddings were held at the entrance and so they don’t allow you till use the swimming pool for the whole afternoon till evening. Not sure is it cuz end of year so happen more people want to get married. But 4/5 days we couldn’t use the pool at all. The gym could have more equipments but it is very small. Room very spacious. Tv however couldn’t change language even though we keep changing the language to English, but the TV doesn’t change the subtitles still.. asked the reception for help, they say will send engineer but didn’t come. We asked again and they say will send but never come. We gave up afterwards… receptionist were very fluent in English so thumbs up. Wish they have computers in their meeting rooms. Their meeting rooms feels like some condoned off area. Not sure if it’s the time we went but the whole place was dark and it smells dusty like they just finished some sort of construction.. at least that’s the vibes it gave me.

Review: We had booked premium balcony rooms and upon check in we realised that there was pool party going on due to which lot of noise in our rooms plus rooms were old and without basic amenities like toilet washers, old furniture etc....thankfully on complaining of noise etc the staff gave us club floor rooms which were better than balcony one but still not upto to the standard of Park hotels.
Also this hotel is about 30mins from center of Ho Chi Minh where all tourist attractions are but close to airport

Positive points: The Hotel was extremely clean and the breakfast had an extensive spread. Front office staff were friendly and Mia at the Travel desk was Extremely helpful and kind enough to make a tour booking for me, even though she was off on 01 Jan 2025
