Negative points: didn’t gave wardrobe

Positive points: Good location, very helpful reception staff. Basic but tasty breakfast. Though the hotel needs a bit improvement.

I book them a night so that we could arrived airport the mornings after that.
They confirmed my bookibg and I even paid them. But when we came checked in at 11pm, they said they have no any available room for us. You know the terrible thing was there were old people in my group and the refused for us to checked in at 11pm without any reasonable reason provided rather than just said no room was available.
The location, facilities and staff are all worst.
Positive points: Internet access perfect, good breakfast
Negative points: Poor ( better say no…)english knowledge of the staff. No tourist info at the reception. Thin walls, you hear your neighbours all the time…

Negative points: the rooms were a bit too small for us we came as a family and the room they gave us was a bit cramped the air con was pointing right at our head so we had to sleep upside down that's all i had to say
