Review: II booked this hotel for 2 Viet kieu and 2 VNese citizens.
TThe receptionist firstly requested hardcopies of visa pass that the 2 Viet kieu forgot to bring along otherwise they were not be able to check in. She said the photos are not accepted.
She was then supportive to get the photos approved from her manager after my direct call. In fact I hope she would show understanding for the situation earlier.

Review: My room was spacious and clean. The staff are friendly, helpful and considerate. Thanks for the warm welcome.

Review: Pro: nice and modern room decor. Clean and very spacious. Staff are attentive.
Cons: Near busy street and rooms are not sound proof so you can hear all the noise if you are on the first floor.

Review: Nhân viên dễ thương, khách sạn đẹp, có trang bị đầy đủ đồ bếp. Không có thang máy, nội thất cũ, vòi nước chảy chậm, giường không chắc chắn do bằng gỗ cũ. Phòng cách âm còn kém.

Positive points: Staffs were really friendly and helpful. The room was really big and nice as the design which I really like and enjoy. I wish that the hotel could have elevator then it will be perfect, but that small thing will not affect to my feeling and the love to M village of anywhere. I mostly stay with Mvillage anytime I travel or have the business trip

Review: During my recent business trip, I found the hotel's proximity to a connected cafe very convenient. There are breakfast options available within a 10-minute walking distance. The staff members were amiable and accommodating. I would highly recommend this establishment, provided that one is comfortable with accessing their room via stairs.

Positive points: That only one that i don like it... There is no lift inside ..imagize ur room at lv 4.

Review: I stayed at this hotel during my vacay. The location is on point. There’s a nice coffee shop attached to the hotel, which is a plus. The only thing missing at the hotel is an elevator. I’m not sure whether if it’s the concept for all M Village locations or just this one, but an elevator is necessary for guests, especially the elderly. Just my 2 cents. Overall, I enjoyed the stay at this hotel and most likely will come back.
