Duc Minh Saigon Airport Hotel

Review: I stayed here for approximately a week, although the reception did a very good job of rescheduling my booking and crediting my account which I think is just standard business. During my stay, I found a condition in my room to be below adequate., I brought the concern up to the front desk person after the first day and told them that there was water leaking from the bathtub onto the floor. There was literally a crack in the bathtub and the duct tape was not working to hold the seal, obviously.. I had asked on that day if I can exchange a room, the staff member told me no because there were no rooms available- however later on I noticed other people checking in, so I don’t really like it when people are being dishonest with me. There was clearly rooms available for me to switch into and the staff member lied to me.. the next day I was expecting the staff member to have another room ready for me. He never came and talk to me. He or she never approached me during my stay about how I was in my room or about the condition of the bathroom or shower in my room during my stay. I basically got the vibe that the staff doesn’t care about customers needs just put on a smile just to make things look good.. The rest of the room was OK or satisfactory and the breakfast was adequate as well however, I don’t think I’ll recommend this accommodation to anyone because of what I experienced.

Positive points: Chỗ ở thuận tiện các tuyến đường, thuận tiện để qua chỗ Hội nghị của chúng tôi tại khách sạn Đệ Nhất. Xung quanh có nhiều nhà hàng và quán ăn lớn nhỏ, cũng như các quán cà phê rất dễ chịu.

Review: Lovely Staff, Perfect location away from District one but close enough to get a cheap grab fare to see all the sights. Large grocery store nearby.
Room large with fan and Aircon. Free bottles of water every day.
Very nice stay, would recommend.

Review: Hotel is in bad shape. For example, toilet door of room doesn’t have latch to close, sewage pipe which is just outside my hotel room is leaking water. Poor lightings in all areas from lift to rooms and staircase, including the hotel front entrance during night falls and within its reception area, leaving the impression that it is not in business operation. Very poor front entrance design and I have to carry all my luggages up 1 storey high of steps on day of checkin.

Review: Friendly staff and great bang for your buck. Close to supermarket, pharmacy, mini Mart, coffee houses, nails, and street food.
