Review: A good budget option for a lay over close to the Airport. Nice pool to refresh on rooftop.

Review: No toilet paper, asked for new towels and water, 3 times nothing came for over 5-6 hours until I came downstairs. Dirty towels, and clogged toilet

Positive points: The bed was comfy and the breakfast was nice.

Negative points: The staff weren’t very friendly. We were early getting there and we were happy to wait for check in but it would have been nice to be offered a drink of water. We had to ask.
Pool area was dirty and the spa was under renovation.

Positive points: Breakfast, I don't think very well. Hope it was more buffet-like, but it wasn't, you had to order from a menu card. The rooms could use an upgrade, it seems old. It is a quiet area and not much noise. Otherwise, the people who work there are very nice.

Negative points: Breakfast option.
You couldn't order food at the hotel, that wasn't an option. I couldn't see that.

Review: Stayed for 2 nights, no kids pool and spa under maintenance. Nice staff in the morning shifts, welcoming and supportive. No biffet system fot BF, u can order sandwitches but its good. No salad, no juices which was missing
Located at walkable distance from the SGN airport.

3.0 DO NOT BOOK!!! - Sỹ 30-12-2023

Negative points: The hotel gave me different room than the one in the image.
The toilet is clogged each time being used. The horable thing is the receptionist know that and they request me to make the full payment before i can see the room. Receptionists even laught and loudy chat with each other when guests is near by.
The service is horrable, restaurant is closed at 10 AM, so they can force you to go to a separate resraurant right next to the hotel ( same owner).

They use a cheap mattress and pillows like a motel, it make my back hurt.
There are even construction site nearby which work overnight.
Overall, it's like living in a gang's hotel and i'm feel like a fool booking here.

Positive points: We needed a quick stop before heading to airport to Phu Quoc. The location is so close, just s 2 minute drive. The room was super clean when we got there which is nice. And breakfast included which was also tasty!

Review: The stay is good. Checked in with a front desk girl who was not friendly. She did not even look at us when she talked. No smile.
Checked out with a guy and he was friendly and attentive.
Overall, nice room, the bathroom was also roomy
