Review: We received a quiet room in the back of the Hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Positive points: Was just a quick stopover and was perfectly adequate for what I needed
Review: Affordable hotel, the owner is friendly and enthusiastic, the hotel is located near the market and dining areas, grocery stores, and close to a laundry service which is very convenient. I will definitely come back when I have the chance.

Review: The hotel is quite close to the airport, the receptionist is extremely pleasant and kind, providing full support.

Review: The room is okay, just that the air conditioner takes a long time to get cold, and the hot and cold water is available.
Positive points: Overnight stay before airport. Was ok. Big room, friendly staff. Lots of shops and restaurants along road. Not so close to airport though but no big deal. I wouldn't recommend for anyone with children. But solo travellers ok. They give free condoms in room. Says everything 😂
Negative points: The domestic at midnight. Someone kicking a door and banging very loud. Sounded like someone caught in the act. What a laugh 😂

NO soap/Toilet paper in the bathrooms.
Bathroom and toilet one area - no shower curtains. Suggest you use the loo first as once you shower the entire room is wet.

Negative points: I want to communicate with general language (English) if it is possible. But I can use with google translate. It is little bit difficult to communicate with each other.
Review: Great staff, English speaking. There's plenty of restaurants & local produce. Its close to the main road so can get a little noisy. There's a laundrymat 2 doors away. The hotel itself is in need of major repairs, & deep cleaning. The electricity has gone out a few times. You need to request new bed linen & towels. I would consider it value for money as I've stayed in other places for the same price for far better value.

This property cancelled our booking and hour before we were due to arrive. We landed at ho chi Minh at 1.00am and despite me messaging the hotel TWICE to check if we could arrive that late, AND our late check in confirmed, the hotel left us at that time of the morning with no accommodation stating the reason for cancellation as "late check-in". Absolutely disgusting. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL.
Review: Facility is really old some of the rooms have broken door hinges and locks. Not very safe place
