3.2 Phòng quá tệ, máy lạnh hư, mùi cống xộc ra từ toilet - Sam 01-02-2025

Review: Ra giường không thay nằm bị ngứa, phòng dưới giường và dưới tủ không có hút bụi lau, bụi tóc bám đầy rất bẩn, phòng có gián, đang ngồi chơi con gián bò lổm ngổm. Em bé chỉ cho mẹ bắt chúng đi.Máy lạnh thì quá củ, dơ nên hoạt động mà không mát. Cửa phòng toilet thiết kế không kín, có những thanh hở làm mùi từ cống toilet thông ra phòng ngủ và raất hôi thúi. ở một đêm không ngủ được vì phòng bí baczs cả gia đình ai cũng đau đầu và sau đó đau họng. Một trải nghiệm rất tệ. Giá phòng 650k là quá đắt. Chỉ xứng đáng với giá 250000vnđ cho 1 đêm

Positive points: I liked this stay, it was not far from the airport, the personnel was very welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was good. The room was slightly small and not just after a refurbishment, but the overall level was good and affordable for the money. So, we are had repeated the booking of this hotel two weeks later.

Negative points: there was no window in the room... but, regarding the night stay, it's not crucial.

Review: two remotes to use tv, staff cross as we were unaware. Lift not working, I’m disabled. Breakfast room filthy…we left. Absolutely unacceptable

Positive points: Everyday room cleaning was done but lady was only pretending to clean floor and that was all.
Staff was friendly and helpful.

Negative points: we ordered 3 room but one room toilet and sink was not working for 2 days.

. Uses various communication apps such as what's app which made communicating with them easier
. Facilities very aged in the room that we were staying: sheets with holes (clean though), leaky shower hose, old curtains and decor
. Exchange rate was really low so consider elsewhere

Positive points: Can be walked to from the airport in about 15 mins. Breakfast was pretty good. Shower was good and hot That's it.

Negative points: The non-smoking room stank of cigarettes and damp. The door lock was broken. The knobs on the closet were missing. I had to fix the sink drain in order to drain the sink. Bedding smelled musty. AC was noisy and kept making a loud humming noise. Big damp patch on the wall. Dirty and VERY in need of a proper cleaning. Was probably nice at some point.

Review: It is about 8-10 minutes walk from the airport. Only consider it if you need 24hr check in

Positive points: It’s closeness to the airport but do not take the airport shuttle service. It was super expensive, about half the cost of the room for a few minutes ride.

Negative points: I didn’t like the shower head. It had mold and dirt on it. The room had stench of cigarettes.

Review: A very basic hotel located less than 10min drive from the airport. Just a place for a quick stay. Room is small, but it does its job for a night.
