RedDoorz Rita Hoang Van Thu Hotel

Review: At this hotel there were many bangladesh fightimg age men in lobby all he time. At night they run the halls going room to room slamming doors and talking loud. We had a very scary thing happen to us. One of them was trying to force our door open. So i made a weapon out of a clothes hanger. The man kept knockung and saying open the door. I ignored him and called the front desk number but no responce. Ugh! I booked and paid for 2 nights but left after 1st night. Dont stay here. Also often the front desk is unmanaged. I beleive it is family run and they stay in their house which is part of the bldg I was yelling for them to come out and assist me.

Review: Is good if you need to sleep next to the airport

Review: I wasn’t able to sleep at all. When I arrived the bed was not ready. They were spraying something they said for beg bugs. But when I am about to sleep I saw one bed bug and kill it myself. Terrible place to stay. I went ti the airport 2am and my flight is 7am.

Positive points: Khách sạn có các ưu điểm sau khiến tôi thấy rất hài lòng:

1. Vị trí thuận lợi: gần sân bay chỉ cách hơn 5 phút đi xe, gần trung tâm mua sắm Vincom và gần đường Thăng Long chỉ 1 phút đi bộ các cửa hàng tiện lợi: GS25, Family Mart, .. Và cafe: Katinat, Highlands Coffee, Phúc Long gần cụm đường Cộng Hòa phù hợp để làm việc ở các office.

2. Khách sạn sạch sẽ, phòng thơm dễ chịu, chăn drap mền sạch sẽ, có mùi hương nhẹ, phòng cách âm rất tốt, ngủ ngon khi ở đây.

3. Cơ sở vật chất: đầy đủ tiện nghi, mình thích nhất là giường vì nằm rất êm khiến mình ngủ ngon TV, tủ lạnh hiện đại, mới, sạch và không bụi bẩn.

4. Thái độ phục vụ: nhân viên lễ tân niềm nở, thân thiện, lễ phép

5. Các dịch vụ khác:
+ Đưa/đón sân bay: giá cả phải chăng, rẻ và nhanh hơn đi Grab
+ Giặt/ủi đồ: lấy liền trong đêm và dịch vụ rất tốt
+ Hỗ trợ khác : trữ đồ tủ đông, lễ tân gọi dậy sáng sớm, khách sạn mở 24/24,...

Review: Great value! I love having a mini fridge and hot water kettle...bed was really comfortable as were the pillows

Review: Arrived early morning, was shown to the dorm. There was water on the floor and a towel trying to soak it up. Bathroom leaked, no sheet and I borrowed a pillow from another bed. Okay for 3 hours before a flight but I would not stay here again.

Review: We booked a total of 9 rooms in groups of 5 and 4. Came on the same day and was told they had only 3 rooms for us, blaming they could not call our USA numbers from VN to inform us of the problem. We viewed the 3 rooms and were not happy with the rooms (bathrooms were the worst, rooms were overwhelmingly saturated with cheap deodorizers. Could not stay as our charitable group had to stay together in the same hotel for planning and frequent meetings to sort our donation boxes.
We left within 15 minutes of inspection but we’re still billed with room charges!!!!! Please reverse the charges ASAP.
