Review: The staff are warm, dedicated, and always take care of customers enthusiastically. 10 points for the service! I will come back next time.

Negative points: Poor facilities, aircon kept malfunctioning and when I called the receptionist for help she told me that she had asked for housekeeping but it never came. Breakfast here is also bad.

1) Aircon was smelly. Clearly filters aren't being regularly changed
2) Water pressure in shower is very bad.
3) Sometimes you don't even get hot water if you stay above 4 floor

Review: The hotel should change to automatic doors on both sides or have someone open the door for guests upon entry! Every time guests come in with their luggage and belongings, they don't have a hand to hold the glass door - and pushing it is heavy, sometimes causing strain. After pushing, they hurriedly squeeze through and sometimes get stuck with their things. Overall, changes should be made.
