Review: Overall experience was amazing

Positive points: It was a decent and clean property. The staff were nice! We had a short stay and needed a place close to the airport with clean amenities. This fit all the criteria !
The best part was the clean towels for me. The restaurant on the top floor is cute and has a decent view of the city so that was a nice surprise !

Review: Room size is not very big, but 4 family can stay welll because beds is so big.
Good for staying if someone need to stay near airport.

Review: The whole chain of Thanh Long hotel is exceptional good and value for money, love staying here.

Positive points: Very close to the airport. The room and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and looked nice. They were new and modern. Breakfast was the best we had in Vietnam so far, with many varieties to choose from. Coffee was served with fresh milk, cereals were available, and even peanut butter could be chosen. The staff were friendly and checked us in very quickly.

Review: The hotel has everything you may need and even more for a fraction of money. The only problem in my case was the window which did not close properly and could hear the street noise from 4th floor. Either you fix this or offer customers ear plugs. Also the bed could be softer.

Positive points: The location was close to the airport, really good value for money to stay overnight between flights. Breakfast had enough options for a small hotel.

Review: Quite a decent room, generally clean but not for fussy travelers. Breakfast was at the top floor, with local and western food, coffee and tea. Near to the airport, good for travelers transferring flight and short stay.

Positive points: Great location to airport. Friendly staff, excellent size room with plenty of area to spread bags out. Great breakfast.

Review: The room we stayed in was nice, clean and spacious. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The free breakfast was nice and open for decent hours. Downsides ~ you will have to grab / Uber to anywhere you want to go and back, can be costly. The room door is not fully soundproof so it could be loud in the morning or when other rooms were being clean. For the cost of the room per night I would accept a little bit more in terms of facilities.

However, one major plus was it was cleaned daily and was very nice in that aspect.

Review: Reception staff communicated in English well enough which we appreciated after having travelled in Vietnam for a week. The security guard was courteous and helpful with our luggage and our 3 kids. The head cook greeted us a happy new year cheerily when we arrived at the restaurant at 6am on the 1st of Jan. :) he took photos of the new year breakfast spread and seemed pleased with his work and that gave us such pleasure as well.☺️ Beds were comfy. Room was clean. I think the cushions on the bed were a little outdated but that didn't affect our sleep. The balcony had a nice view of the park which was a nice plus. There's a big playground for kids only a few minutes walk we wished we could've gone but didn't have time for. There's also a spa, a bank, a convenience store and a local eatery next to the hotel. Honestly comfortable stay.

Positive points: Near airport, very clean, no surprises, sound proof rooms
