Review: I have been to 4n3đ and it was great so I came back, but unfortunately it was under maintenance, so there were missing slippers, trash bins, and other things. The room is not soundproof, and the door slams loudly when it's closed, which can be a bit startling at night when people come back late.
Positive points: Hotel was out of the city next to the bus station to take the bus to Ninh Binh
Negative points: We arrived quite late from the airport. The receptionist didn’t say anything when we arrive (not even hello) and latterly didn’t speak a word English. Not even one. Very strange to work with tourists if you can’t speak another language. We got a room that smelled like cigarettes so asked for another one. After explaining the situation with hands and feet we got another room where smoking was allowed but with a less smell. After taking a shower the whole bathroom floor is full of water.. room does not look like it’s photo’s nnIt was just for one night otherwise we would have checked out the next day.
Review: Great, there is nothing to complain about, so it's better to book a cheaper app when you arrive. Clean and airy, nothing is lacking, the iron can be borrowed from the front desk, all good.
Positive points: Room was clean and pretty comfortable. Complimentary drinks and amenities well provided. Room was made everyday even though I put 'Do Not Disturb' sign outside, good or bad thing is subjective. Location is very good, close to lots of food and shopping malls.
Negative points: It gets a little noisy sometimes. Not loud noise, but soft irritating sounds. Not very soundproof.nThe male 'receptionist' is probably the epitome of stupid, the female is slightly better and at least she smiles. For those who are not so exploratory and like to ask for directions/recommendations, you are better off elsewhere.
Review: You should not take photos. The hotel is in a convenient location, with complete amenities and free snack counters. Water and two instant noodle packs in the room are also free. Hot water in the evening after 11 PM is a bit unreliable. The room has a nice vanity table. There is an iron, but you have to go to the front desk to borrow it. Overall, there's nothing to complain about.

Negative points: Mình ở tầng 3 wife rất kém hầu như không bắt được dù ở khách sạn nhưng mình vẫn dùng 4g , đèn trong phòng màu vàng nhiều k có đèn trắng nên phòng khá tối mình k thích lắm
