Positive points: The lady working at the reception is really helpful and accommodating. The lady who did room service for us was really polite and kind. The room was clean, the WiFi speed was satisfactory. All in all it was a comfortable stay for us)

Positive points: The intern who worked at the front desk had a nice disposition and communicated via Google Translate with me. I appreciated that the apartment was clean. The WiFi worked well. There were laundry machines on the 6th floor (but I didn't end up using them because I was there for a short stay). There was a cleaning service. The bed was comfortable. The seats were comfortable.

Review: The room does not have a smell. I stayed with a view of the lake. One side of the balcony door cannot be locked, so if someone has bad intentions, they can climb from this room to another. Fortunately, I stayed with my partner for 2 nights, and nothing happened. nI rented a room with a view of the lake, but I didn't even use it the bars by the lake were noisy until 3-4 AM, and the room is not soundproof, which made me unable to sleep. nThe room lacked basic toiletries, there was no shampoo and conditioner bottle like in other places, just 2 packets of Sunsilk shampoo and some unclear oil. nThere weren't even any tissue boxes or mirrors in the room. nIn general, I feel this place might be suitable for friends who want to hang out, enjoy noise, and nightlife. As for me, it is not a good fit.

Positive points: room was clean, tidy, smell good, they have free laundry when I stay, the lift is quick and almost empty. nthe staffs were nice and professional. nthe area is local, quiet, plenty of eatery, the view from my room is nice.

Phòng sạch sẽ, tiện nghi, đồ đạc gọn gàng, có vệ sinh mỗi ngày. Vị trí khách sạn thuận tiện đi lại. Ăn sáng ngon.

Positive points: căn hộ đầy đủ đồ dùng cần có, thiết bị sử dụng mượt mà, dịch vụ dọn phòng, giặt đồ hàng ngày hoàn toàn miễn phí, rất ok, rất đáng tiền
