Positive points: Breakfast was great. Staff always smiling

Negative points: Was told I could avail of complementary ride to airport. And they would book it when I checked out. Arrived at airport and taxi driver charge me for the ride. Called the hotel and the desk person said I was supposed to book it the day before. It was a disappointing end to a perfect stay.

Positive points: Staff very friendly, small gym but comple, coffee shop is a good place to take your breakfast or a coffee.nnAlso the cleaning of the room was spotless and they do it every day

Negative points: The only problem (it wasn't for us) could be the location, it could be a bit far from the center, but something you could deal with.

Positive points: So much worthy price: the toilet is good, really spacious room, there is water in the room (I dont see this in many hotels), friendly receptionists.

Negative points: There is no facial tissue, the bathtub quality is poor, the jars of conditioner, shampoo are pretty, but not convenient.

Review: it is not a bad hotel but its location is quite far away and inconvenient. Also, there is nothing untruthful about the photos, but the photography is a bit deceptive and makes the rooms look much nicer than it actually is. For example, the cheaper rooms do not have a window that faces outside.

Positive points: Nice and spacious room, awesome breakfast, very nice staff, both the receptionists I met had great attitudes.

Negative points: The elevator was quite slownAlso quite the stairs in the foyer but no bell men, hard to carry large luggage

Positive points: Room was huge! Living room, bathroom and bedroom all separate and clean. They had a water server in the room! That made all the difference with our 8 month old son. We could easily make his bottle with hot water readily available. The air conditioners worked superb and the staff really was amazing.

Negative points: If I had to nit pick I'd say the jars they are using for the shampoo, conditioner and bodywash are such a waste and difficult to use. Just give me a push bottle dispenser why waste all that shampoo on that stupid jar.
