Halo Hanoi Hotel

Review: The room is new but quite tidy + has a window so it doesn't feel stuffy. nConvenient location, near restaurants, beauty services, parking lots… nThe hotel uses a central air conditioning system, and the whole hotel can only use one mode, Heat/Cool, which is a bit inconvenient.
