Review: The room is clean and comfortable. The access road is a bit narrow, and below is a clothing store.

Positive points: Clean, looked exactly as the pictures showed.

Negative points: Shower head is a bit low for our North American heights, had to bend over to shower.

Positive points: The place was clean and had everything we needed! Loved being in a less touristy area of Hanoi. Still close to restaurants and nice things to explore. Staff were very nice.

Negative points: Only issue we had was that the shower had no curtain and the shower head was very low so my husband had to sit or kneel in the tub to shower… otherwise great!

Review: The owner and the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic, the rooms are clean, not too spacious but complete. In a spacious and quiet alley. Especially, the bed linens and towels are very white and new. Highly recommend for those on business trips in the Cau Giay area. I will return next time if I get the chance.

Review: Xem quảng cáo thì phòng có cửa sổ. Đến khi nhận phòng thì thất vọng vì vào phòng chỉ duy nhất có 1 cửa ra vào Cảm giác bí bách, không thoáng. Ngoài ra phòng phun tinh dầu quá nồng - Mà trong khi đó mình bị dị ứng xoang- Rất khó chịu. Để khử mùi phòng có thể sử dụng tinh dầu khác như dầu tràm, dầu xả, dầu bưởi. Chỉ thích em tiếp tân, vì nhẹ nhàng và nhiệt tình.
