Review: nhà cũ, không có dầu gội sữa tắm
Positive points: Convenient and easy to find a food and shoping
Negative points: The room is not clean much. nI found a centipede in the bathroom that was terrible and not safe.
Review: The room is clean, fully equipped with pots and pans, a bathtub to escape from society for a day. However, the toilet uses an electronic toilet bowl, so it doesn't have a bidet, which feels a bit strange =)))
Positive points: Comfortable, spacious, full amenities, clean enough. No complaints
Negative points: The interior and equipment seem old and can have a maintenance/replacement for better experience. Eg shower faucet in bathroom is weak and only work after few tries of pulling the toggle

Positive points: Kind and consider staff.
Negative points: No baby bad. nWe asked few times for water but didn't get any.nAlso, you need to pay extra for cleaning the dishes, but you have no dish soap or sponge, so you end up paying for either one. nThe bad was ok, not that comfortable but we had here worse. nThe area is far from anything and it's very local, but cute with nice people. Although, when you want to go a little farther the road is really insane. And the drive to the main places is longer. There is a big supermarket tho, which is not an obvious thing in Hanoi.
Positive points: The flat was nice and at night the area was not noisy. There's a gym nearby and a few handful supermarkets
Negative points: The receptionists didn't speak a word of English. Everything had to be done by Google translator, which after a few days it becomes really stressful. I guess it's not their fault as very few people here speak English, but I feel like Booking should warn people that for a non-vietnamese speaker, staying at this hotel comes at a heavy price. At the time of check-in, they didn't accept any card,, only cash. Again, it doesn't seem fair to me that I wasn't told about this in advance. I had to look for a ATM machine late at night in that area without any help because of the language barrier. nAlso: the kitchen was poorly equipped and the shower didn't work well, I had to choose between very hot or very cold water, impossible to mix it.
Review: Great location, right in the city center and convenient for travel to the airport. A quiet space for a good night’s sleep, clean rooms, and amenities. Staff are friendly, polite, and courteous. Very satisfied.

Review: The room is clean and beautiful, spacious, well-equipped, and convenient. The staff is enthusiastic.
Positive points: Nhân viên nhiệt tình, niềm nở. Phòng được dọn sạch sẽ mỗi ngày. Mọi tiện nghi đều đầy đủ (trừ gia vị và nước giặt, nhưng do không sử dụng nhà bếp và máy giặt nên mình cũng không quan tâm lắm). Phù hợp cho những người có nhiều nhu cầu hơn là chỉ đi du lịch và trở về ngủ như mình. Phòng tắm có bồn tắm và toilet thông minh.
Negative points: Cửa hay kêu píp píp dù đã khoá. Tuy nhiên chỉ là thông báo cho nhân viên chứ không phải điểm trừ.

Review: Cheo đầu dê bán thịt chó. Nhà mình đặt trên agoda 2 phòng riêng, đã xác nhận và thanh toán tiền. 22h đến nhận phòng thì ks kêu chỉ còn 1 phòng, và kêu nhà mình di chuyển sang cơ sở Quan Hoa. Mình vẫn đồng ý vì cũng gần, nhưng xog lại báo sang đó phải thu thêm hơn 500k thì mình k đồng ý và ycau ks hoàn tiền nếu không cung cấp đủ phòng đúng như mih đặt. Xong rồi lại kêu bên mih di chuyển sang Lạc Long Quân… để nhà mình chờ đợi hơn 1 tiếng đồng hồ, rồi phải gọi báo công an Phường Dịch Vọng, xog qly ksan mới chịu giải quyết là nhà mình sang ở bên cơ sở Quan Hoa và không phụ thu thêm. Thực sự kĩ năng xly dịch vụ quá kém, lươn lẹo. Đêm hôm để khách hàng phải chờ đợi, mệt mỏi, thêm bực vào người
