Review: It was a great stay at your hotel in hanoi. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet with lots of varieties. Your restaurant couldn’t deliver to our expectations and was very pricey. Staff was very good and services was great. Overall good hotel and worth.

Review: When customers are in trouble and need hotel to help or treat you better it shows level of customer service a hotel has.nNovotel suits failed to it. After being long time customer I am very disappointed. Booking 5 nights with them I had to cancel travel because of unexpected circumstances I requested to cancel or give credit to use in future but they denied it.

Negative points: The AC in the bedroom ain’t the best. It was quite hot at night. nnAlso the bathroom does not have ventilation so it’s kinda.. weird

Positive points: Food is good and staff behaviour is excellent. The are attenive and try for their level best.

Negative points: Communication with any staff is little bit problematic which may be looked into if possible. Otherwise good in all respect since Novotel is well-known International Brand

Positive points: Staffs are friendly. Location is good for visiting My Dinh National Stadium. There are good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Room and breakfast are both okay.

Negative points: For the term good value for money, I think there are better options.

Positive points: The location was convenient for me, room was spacious and the staff is friendly.rnrnRoom cleaning service is okay.

Negative points: this is not business travel friendly, as my laptop requires a different adaptor. Have been calling the reception a few times for adaptor, even though they said they will bring it up, but no actual response. rnrnThe price for the facility and room I think it is a bit steeped compared to other 4* hotel within the same location. This comes from first hand experience when I checked out other hotel 500 meters away.
