Review: - At first glance, the room was beautiful, new, and clean. I was quite satisfied.n- However, after experiencing three nights here, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the hotel's service.n- The soundproofing of the room is very poor. You can clearly hear everything in the hallway. If anyone speaks loudly, you can be sure...n- During the three days, for two of those days, there was drilling and repairs in the neighboring room from morning to evening. However, the hotel did not provide any notification or apology to the guests. When I went down to give feedback, the receptionist was unresponsive and argued with me. The front desk service was very poor. People come to a hotel to rest, and the loud drilling ruined half of my excitement for my trip to Hanoi.n- There was confusion regarding the extra charge for late check-out. When I checked in, I specifically asked about the fee for late check-out, and the male staff said it was 80,000 VND per hour. When it came time to pay, the female receptionist said it was a 30% surcharge of one day's rate, and then continued to argue with the guests.n- In summary, the room is beautiful, clean, and new. However, the poor soundproofing and the hotel's service, along with the receptionist's attitude, were very disappointing. I will not return here again.
