Review: Room wasn’t made. Toilet wasn’t clean, still sh** in toilet bowl. Used shower bottle throw in the tub, the floor is dirty like the street. STAY AWAY

Review: The hotel is clean, convenient, and has friendly staff with good service. However, a downside is that the parking for cars is not really convenient, causing some inconvenience for guests with personal vehicles. I hope the hotel improves this issue for a more complete experience.

Review: Traveling with family and couples for long stays is reasonable! Hotels should provide guests with bathrobes and also review the pool services as well as the sauna, and it will be fine.

Review: Clean, enthusiastic staff. I stayed an additional 2 hours for only an extra 50,000 VND. However, the TV wasn't good.

Review: The hotel is located near many restaurants, cafes, hair salons, and has a convenient 24-hour mart. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped with amenities such as a kitchen + dining table, coffee table, vanity table, TV, large wardrobe, and a breezy window. There are a few minor drawbacks that don't significantly affect my experience: during the evening hours, if many rooms are using hot water at the same time, my room won't have hot water, so I have to avoid showering during that time there was a male receptionist who seemed a bit unprofessional, but he seems to have quit because I didn’t see him when I returned recently.

Review: I am in a spacious and comfortable family room with many rooms. However, there is one thing that makes me feel a bit dissatisfied, which is that the Smart TV cannot connect to the internet and I can't watch any programs, not even YouTube or Netflix. The internet is very unstable, so I have to use 4G.

Positive points: The atmosphere when walking into the lobby was warm and welcoming. Room was beautiful and cozy.
